    Well okay then. I chickened out on the deep water pool class. Actually, Twice. I did a regular class but didn't stay for the second one, and I didn't go today as I had planned. Boy, the road to you know where really IS paved with good intentions. Another woman in my class wants to try it, too, so maybe if we go together on Friday... If I'd gone today, I'd be there now instead of writing yet another post.

    Par, I am glad you are doing well. You and Tanya are the only P2ers on the thread right now, but just a few weeks ago, everyone was in P2! More will come along. Meanwhile, the rest of us are glad to support you both so let us know how it is going. (Gig, THINK you are either in P3 or just into P4. Correct me if I am wrong.)

    I maybe didn't do two hours in the pool but I ran around like the proverbial chicken with its head cut off (what a horrible analogy from my grandparent's day!) running errands and taking the little old lady dog first to groomers and then to the vet. Nothing wrong with her. She is just a grump! She entertained the entire vet office by growling and snarling, swearing like a sailor. The vet was giggling "All I did was tickle her foot!" We had to wrap her up like a burrito (or a cat!) in a towel so she could be examined and she growled and used bad language like we were beating her the entire time. But her complaining was consistent so the vet could not find any evidence of pain or swelling or anything else. We are trying some new anti-Anxiety pills crumbled up into dust and hidden in her food. Not sure it is working yet. She is sitting with her back to me (a very Schnauzer way of saying, well, ***-off...) so far. And yet, she snuggles and wiggles and wags her tail like mad when my niece is around. It's just ME she doesn't like. However, back to the chicken... my activity wheels on my watch zoomed around about 5 times when I checked them last night.


    I am down .4 which puts me into the 124 pound. Deee Light Full. But I won't count on it staying there. Just a little treat for Aunt Pearly.

    P4 147.8. So too high. 2.4 over LIW. Haven’t made shift back to P3 but eating less so hopefully gradually shift back before I travel again to another event

    tmott, no worries. According to you signature, you are at 123.2. That's all you need to remember.

    Okay, I keep learning lessons I should have already learned. Or at least experiencing the lesson over and over, whether I learn or not. I went to club last night and once again, casserole, lovely one with lots of noodles. This time I did not eat before hand and figured one little spoonful of noodles would not kill me. So had that, and some lettuce leaves and a couple of slices of strawberries. When people go to all that trouble to cook and haul it to club, I feel a little rude sitting there not eating while everyone else does. Probably should just get over that. Last time, I ate before I came and the little bit did was not a big deal. This time, I did NOT eat before I went and while the ounce of noodles were not a problem, the STARVATION on the way home difinitely was. Duh. The might have been chic-fil-a ice cream involved. (It was on my way home...) That is not how to solve problems, Pearly.

    I dodged a bullet and am just back up the .4 I was unexpectedly and needlessly down yesterday. So far. But I do not like being so hungry I will eat ANY THING I can find. Far better to eat before I go, eat the lettuce and a strawberry or even eat a few bites of whatever of the casserole de jour than to go hungry.

    The Hulk says Don't make me Angry. You won't like me when I'm angry. Well, I'm the Bulk! Don't make me HUNGRY. You won't like me when I'm hungry!

    I should know this one by now!

    Huge thunderstorm here. In the midwest, I remember storms like this that stayed in place for hours but out here they usually boom boom boom and keep on moving. Instead, it has poured rain, sleeted, hailed tiny little hails and thundered for hours and hours now. Enough. Move along and go bother Kansas.

    Welcome back, miss! Yes, many of us return. It's maintenance and staying accountable. When I stop posting, it's usually because I get "too busy." That is probably code for Not Eating Right.

    Rose! Back in your window! Congrats!

    I am UP! 1.4 pounds. Rats. It must be blowback from earlier in the week, cuz I was Ms. Perfectly on Protocol yesterday. It rained the entire night, day and night, so maybe it's the humidity! (all us dry Coloradans just swell the heck up when we finally get some moisture in the air!) Or not. All I can do is keep eating like I have been and hope it fades away. Discouraging, tho, when I can't point to anything as a cause.

    Happy Saturday!

    I am hitting the yogurt today. I will probably not be able to do a full on 'Yogurt Day" as, as, for one thing, I am still in below my LIW so technically I don't need a full on correction day. And for another, I don't wanna. But I will have plain yogurt off and on all day and then a very P3 dinner of some kind and see if I can get some inflammation under control..

    I did five hours of 'aqua aerobics' this week, with two hours yesterday and the most I have done before was 3 in a week. My lower back is a bit stiff and so is ... if I'm honest, pretty much everything! LOL. I am trying to rehab my shoulder and arm where I had the muscle spasm, and it is almost able to do a full rotation with just a little twinge of OW, but in the process, probably UNhabbed the rest of me. My schedule of when I can go to the Y changes in June for the rest of the summer, so I am sampling some other classes at other times.

    I got my office/TV room/bedroom/lliving room rearranged yesterday. My sister came over and helped move furniture all afternoon. I have a pretty little library table desk that I have to take the legs off of to get it through a bedroom door, and even then it is always a rubics cube puzzle to get it through. My bedrooms both have little short hallways to them, so it is a zig and a zag to to through. I have had it in every corner of the house at one time or another, so I promised her this would be the last time I move it! LOL. I LOVE my office! I just have to figue out how to hide the bazillion cords from the computer etc. so they don't look so messy. And CLEAN. EVERYTHING. With all the rain AND MUD, I need to scrub little muddy paw prints everywhere. And dust! Good grief when ya move furniture, you find out how bad you are at housekeeping. I apparently only dust the front of stuff.

    I am only down .4 of the 1.4 from yesterday. Let's hope plain yogurt is the cure. I really have not eaten off protocol, so that is always concerning. Maybe it is just another gravitational shift in Colorado.

    Ick, I hate yogurt! plus too many carbs for me. I prefer an egg day or steak day - thank goodness there are multiple correction strategies available.

    AFM, I'm in the pack to move marathon. Exercise equipment and books boxed today. I have a list that I'll tick down as I go.

    I still have to solve the cat travel issue. We tried Gabapentin yesterday - nope. Poor Romeo yelled as much as he did with no meds. I have a nice carrier that both cats can snuggle in, hopefully they will sleep most of thr way.
