The Ticker Factory seems to have updated its site, which is very cool. But now it doesn't work--- when I go to Edit Data, it says the server it is on is not available. So, maybe they are still working on it. When it works, after you save, you can just copy the part that looks like what Leez posted. Some magical digital genie updates it each time you update and save. When you can reach it. Maybe tomorrow.

So glad to see you posting! Thank you, Leez, for jumping in on the Ticker FActory. Welcome back Jenny and keep up the good work, Slimshady! Glad you are doing well, tmott! Busy lady!

A wild couple of days and I am up to my LIW. Friday night I had NO sleep, and was up a pound, and I am up another .6 today. I got a really good night's sleep last night but sometimes it takes old ladies more than one night to get rested.

So dumb! My new sofa was being delivered Saturday morning, so Friday night, my nephews helped me move my old one into the garage so I could sell it more easily. My younger nephew wanted to stay overnight, so we moved my side chairs in front of the TV to watch a movie. I had told him he could sleep in my bed and I'd sleep on the sofa. My front room is still occupied by my visitor, although she often stays at her brother's on weekends.

About 9 pm my nephew says, so....where are YOU going to sleep? You probably caught that when you read the above. My sofa was in the garage! I already gave away my other sofa to a charity who picked it up a week ago. The new one was arriving the next day. My front room was occupied. My nephew was going to sleep in my bed, which was my only chance of getting him to sleep and not wander around in the night. Uh. Me?

I slept, if you could call it that, on my two side chairs pushed together with a cushion over the place where they came together. Puppy in the kennel beside me, older dog in a donut bed next to that. I may have gotten one hour of sleep.

The good news is the new sofa is wonderful. The first thiing I did once I got boys delivered home was take a nap on it! Heaven!

Ok, big day today, coming up. My brother-in-law is starting a new outdoor adventure business and today is his open house. He is hoping for 100 people, my sister and I are hoping 20 friends and family members show up. Either way, we will be out there all day long and it is going to be mostly standing arouund outdoors and in the wind. At least no rain is forecast, as it has rained and rained this week.

I'm a little grumpy between being still tired and up 2 pounds in 3 days. Apologies! I will work my way back down under LIW, however much I can, and sweeten up soon. Promise.

I can't change my ticker since I can't get to the site. Didn't want to change it anyway! LOL

    Onward!

    @slimshady:

I put the ticker picture in your post. If you click edit for your post you will be able to see what the working image code looks like.

you have been using the HTML and hyper link tags to try to get it to show. You have to use the address that ends in .png instead, and wrap that with the image tags. You'll get it. Just keep trying.

If the buttons in the edit screen mess you up, just type it out. It works the same.

Hi all. It's been a long long time (10 yrs) since I've done a round and I've let myself fall into some health issues. Sigh. Anyway, cleared with my doc and was planning to start loading tomorrow but my diet doc is on back order 😭. I can't find any other reputable sites. Any ideas? I'm in STL if that helps. Thanks y'all! Glad to be (almost) back!

Try Colin F Watson's HCG Body for Life site. He carries a brand that ships from the US. Many of the forums have had good experiences with him.

You can also get homeopathic hcg from InsideOutWellness.net

They ship quickly using FedEx, and I think they are close to you.

Ticker Factory definitely made some changes over the weekend. I went to my usual page to edit and ended up having to make a whole new one. Did it always say Fertility Friend on it? Oh well.

OHHHH EMMMM GEEEEE. I almost killed myself yesterday. My sister and her husband had a good turnout at their new business open house. Probably not 100 but far more than the 20 we worried about. Probably 75 throughout the day and not all family. LOL. Lots of family, but not all. He was the kid in a candy store as he has been wanting to do a business like this for years and it is a dream come true for him. So I had to represent!

But I am worn out. Again! It took me 4 days to get back to normal the last time, and I think I was still in P2. I stalled big time but had good losses after. Today I am up TWO pounds overnight. I was not perfect eating but not terrible, so I know I will survive. I did not gain two pounds of fat from eating a handful of chips. But I was already tired and up almost 2 pounds yesterday morning, so now I have four to contend with. I am still within my window as I was under a bit, but I am teetering on the edge with just a .2 margin.

I was going to do a full on yogurt day but I'm out of yogurt. That never happens. Dang. Well, I'll just eat carefully and NO POOL today, and catch up on office stuff and see what tomorrow brings.

    Honey, welcome back!

Ha! I almost spewed my coffee this morning when I saw "Fertility Friend" on my ticker. Nope, nope, nope... that ship sailed years ago. lol

I'm still holding out hope that I'll get access to my existing ticker again at some point. I have nearly 12 years of weight history preserved there, which is kind of fun to view on occasion.

I've been lurking, but always cheering ya'all on.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Ok, Ticker Factory has been drinking a little. Today my bookmark went to the page that I had before, and the weight was from last week, not yesterday. But! The little dog I put on it when I rebuilt it yesterday was there. Making me a little dizzy here. When I posted, my lightning bolt is back. ???? Kar, I never knew it was keeping that info. It showed me a week's worth yesterday that I didn't even know it was keeping. I have had it for a decade so I'll look around and see if there is more.

I'm down 1.6 of the 1.8 gain from Sunday, so only .2 over LIW instead of .2 from going over my window. Whew. I have been soooo spoiled being UNDER my LIW. I know I have been dancing and crowing a LOT here. It just never happened to me before, to stay so steady AND below LIW. Mostly I have spent YEARS trying to just barely stay in my window and then creeping up up up. So any gain is scary to me. I'm going to mow my lawn this morning, so put on a tshirt I wore yesteday that was so tight I wore it under a light hoodie. Today it is not tight at all. So lots and lots of inflammation going on. My watch and ring are still a bit tight.

I am still tired, so wont try the pool but need to at least attack the front yard. We have had so much glorious rain, my lawn sprung up over the weekend.Last week it was hmmm, probably have to start mowing soon, and by yesterday it was OMG I need to MOW. It's a good problem. I like yard work and it is good exercise. I bought a new mower at the end of the season last fall that is self-propelled, so was worrying it woul be less exercise. Only it is HUGE compared to my old one and weighs a ton, so what energy I save on pushing I use manhandling it around.LOL. Oh the joys of being single and running a household.

I will still take it easy the rest of the day and am looking forward to a NAP on my new sofa. I hope if I just keep on track with my eating, and no little detours, I will fall back to where I was before or close. I'll take it one day at a time.

    Onward

    Hello again...
Was going to start a round a few weeks ago and ended up with a gallbladder/kidney thing.. so i had to deal with that for a bit..
Loaded over the weekend. Yesterday, day 1 and down a lb and half.

Pleased with that.. 15 to go...really I'd take 20 gone but that rarely happens in a round...

Hi everyone. I haven't read all the posts, but hope everyone is doing good.

I am in P4 now for I forget, a week or so maybe. Basically doing P3 yet. I have starting doing my THM collagen and gelatin daily for a week now and have lost a bit of weight. Not sure how much as I haven't weighed, but I see it and I am fitting into some of my clothes I haven't worn in some time.
I haven't started my Bone Broth diet, but hopefully soon. I will do it for 21 days. Will let you guys know how that goes.

I applied for another position, and hopefully hear about this by the weekend.

Mostly have been doing yardwork and spring cleaning lol.

Other than that everything is going okay so far.

Glad your okay Tanyamac and congrats on your loss
