After the great kolache incident of 2011...I have gained 2.4 pounds. I feel crappy about it - but what can I do. My BAD choice, right? Just keep on keepin' on. Back on protocol today.
Good morning Spring Starters! Today is day 3 of VLCD. I've lost 4.4 in two days! Yippee! I'm 183 lbs now...going down.
That Is AWESOME! I hope to do as well ( I'm only VLCD 3). I'm right behind you!
Don't skip during TOM, that was based on old science, keep taking them as normal. With increased cravings at that time I think it's a disaster waiting to happen to try to skip then. I'd start back on them today and don't worry those didn't make you gain 2 pounds of fat, it will come back off. Consider a lesson learned and move on.

Welcome! I know how you feel about drivers license weight! That is one of my mini-goals. If everything goes well, I should hit it hopefully near the end of the round.

I didn't get to be able to respond to you yesterday, but just wanted to say please don't get too upset about this. It happened and it's done. You lose so much a day anyways, that the Great Incident will be a distant memory. You can do it!

I can join the .2 club today! Oh well, it's better than nothing. Hoping for a big whoosh tomorrow. I had to use some Hydrocortisone cream yesterday for my eczema because my skin was so raw I was desperate. That usually makes me stall EVERY time.
I just found that I have to travel for work on Monday so I'm soooo mad. Now I have to find a way to sneak my food in during the luncheon. I don't mind doing it, but I hate the stares of people thinking that I think Im too good for the food there. Does that sound dumb? LOL
