    Hi Everyone,

I am holding steady. I'm within 2# of my LIW - even with some berries with chocolate sauce (made with erythritol) and some whipped cream (with erythritol) for dessert last night. This stuff is my new best friend. I am enjoying it much more than stevia. I'm not sure if it's something I would use during P2, though. I know it's zero calorie, but have not read how it might effect P2. I'm working out every day and trying to get stronger. I felt so weak after P2 this time. I plan to cycle again and load on my birthday, March 5th and the next day and start my next P2 round on March 7th. I'm hoping to lose another 20# and be ready for my cruise in May.

Mouse: You're losses are really amazing!!! I'm so happy for you!! I'm going to check out the paleo sourdough recipe you included. I am trying to do paleo now and it's going okay. I made a cashew bread the other day and it was quite tasty, really. It was nice toasted.

Gemgirl: Sorry to hear about your computer problems. That's a bummer. Glad you're still on track and losing well, also.

    Talk to you all later!

Love stabilizing. P3 is so stressful because we know we have to stay within 2 pounds or we won't be able to keep weight off. Your doing good!

Do you have a link to that cashew bread? I'd love to look at the recipe and see if it's something I can have (when out of p2).

Mouse, I'll post it in the next day or two. It's in a paleo cookbook I bought recently.

So U are all probably gone now....Sorry for dropping out last time but I just had some "issues" to deal with. Well, I'm back on track again- finally and I'm on D13 and it feels so good to not be yo yo 'ing right now. I also had the prob of wrapping my head around doing all of this again. I would do well for a few days, then I would cheat, and on and on....I have to really be focused to stick to this diet and I was not totally in.

I am now! Hope you are all doing good. AZ- I am so proud of you. You must be out there somewhere as I see you have a recent ticker. Touch base with me if U are out there somewhere!

Still hanging in there! Keep going down slowly but surely. Couldn't seem to do it any other way. That Asset B pollen stuff didn't work for me.
Hcg works great if you stick with it and don't cheat! I think its the strictness of the diet that helps me lose. Scale keeps going down....Yea....

Ya gem girl! Ur on the downhill slope. We had snow today so I'm envisioning your weightloss on the ski hill. Face of the mountain heading straight down. Almost hear the woosh of fat leaving. Yes I'm crazy. Haha. Agreed with regards to the not cheating. I basically cheated half my round. Lost 20 pounds and over 40 inches. And that was a loong round. I'm sure I could've squirted out another ten if I hadn't cheated

Whoa, mouse U did great even though you did cheat. I remember the first time I did this diet back in '11 (that's actually when I met AZ and this thread had started) and my first round was 40 days and I lost around 25#. I haven't done a long round like that since the first time. Each time it seemed to get harder to stick with it, but I managed to get to my goal weight and stay down there within 5# for about 2 1/2 yrs. I would occasionally do a "mini round" and get back down again.

I always said the hard part was maintaining and I still believe that to this day. I've done the Leptin reset a few times after I lost and I seemed to have done better with that than I did with P3 so I will probably do that again. I struggle when I'm in P3 and it seemed like I was doing steak days all the time. I balanced out well on the Leptin.

Well, thanks for dropping in and for the support. Are you on P3 now? doing another round? I thought I remember AZ doing another one.

    Take care,

I am in p3 and stabilized at 2.2 below liw.
Next round I'll start end of April or beginning of may.
You'll be done your injections soon and get to move on to p3. Yay. So glad you found that the leptin plan works for you.

Going down, slowly but surely. Was stuck for a few days, but went down 1 today. I'm not doing injections- never have. I've mostly used the drops. I tried the patch once but didn't really like it. Boy, you are doing well, mouse! I would like to keep on going as long as I can but I have a retreat I'm going on in a couple weeks so I was going to quit. I may just try a planned interruption. I have done that b4 in the past and was able to go back to the plan afterwards. Still trying to decide. I don't know if I can last that long! ha! Today makes 21 days. It's already starting to wear on me- I want some CRACK! ha!

Take care- I can't believe it's Snowing again here! I can't really fit in my shorts yet anyway, so maybe that's a good thing!

Gem your doing great. We've had snow on and off. Today it's really cold and smells like snow but we didn't get any so that's ok. Biking season is upon us and saw at least 15 bikers out today driving up the mountain to the next town with downhill bikes and winter tires on. I'm jealous. I tried winter mountain biking by lessening the air in tires. Did good till hot ice and ya. Interesting times. Flew up an underpass and didn't realize had to make a sharp left turn. Had to throw my bike under me to make the turn ... Hit ice and slid. Was so scared gunna crash but didn't. Another time I got stick up a logging road and couldn't get going again so had to walk my bike out. So sad. Haha.

Gem if the 21 days have been enough mentally maybe set a certain number more like make it to 30 and then do a pi. And come back and finish off round. You've had success in the past and I'd like to hear how it goes for you. Whichever way you decide to go
