    Im still 1 pound under LDW. Just got back from NY picking my daughter up from college and made it through eating NY style pizza and bagels. LOL. Little less than 2 weeks 'til Round 2. Ready to start losing again but I have loved Phase 4.




    Round 1:
    Week1: - 8 lbs.
    Week 2: -5 lbs.
    Week 3: -4 lbs.
    Week 4: -5.5 lbs.
    Week 5: -5 lbs.
    Weeks 6-11: -2.5 lbs

    Total lost Round 1: 30 lbs.

    Round 2:

    Week 1: -10.5 lbs.
    Week 2: -1.5 lbs
    Week 3: - 3 lbs.
    Week 4: -2 lbs.

    Total lost Round 2: 17 lbs.

    Round 3:
    Week 1: -2.5 (Day 1)
    -2.5 (Day 2)
    -1.0 (Day 3)
    -1.0 (Day 4)

    glad to hear that you guys are stable!! I seem to be too, but I'm behind you, still in P3 till Friday. I cannot wait to eat bread!!!!!!!! I hope I continue to stay stable as well. I was at 142.8 this am. LIW was 144.6 so I think I'm doing great!!! I agree newest mommie, I love this diet. And you should do fine on vacation, as I've been out of town alot on p3 and have done fine! glambert - I am ready to lose more, but think it's a good thing I have 3 1/2 weeks till I can go back to P2, I still am enjoying eating more!!!

    weighed 140.8 this am. had to get on and off the scales so I could keep seeing it!!! start p4 on Friday and will be out of town and eating out for every meal for 3 days!! wish me luck!!

    home from trip. ate badly most of the time, shame on me!!! But it is so hard when you are eating out and with a group of people. I hope the scales don't punish me tooo much in the morning!

    Hi gang!
    I'm finishing up P4 this week and seriously considering doing a short R2. My weight has stabilized at around 2 lbs above LDW, and I'd really like to be about 5 lbs lower than that. Plus, I've been all over the map with my eating ~ thankfully my body is not torturing me over it ~ but it hasn't been textbook. I need to order more drops. Would the left over drops i have from 5-6 weeks ago still be any good?

    Hi gang So glad to hear ya'll are hanging in there and doing well! I've been a little scarce, things have been crazy- I found out my gramma is getting worse (she is almost 90 and up in New York), and to make it worse I had a little car wreck over the weekend. I will say that I am living proof that this HCG protocol DOES change your eating habits because if all this had happened 6 months ago I'd probably be sitting on the couch tearing up a half a pizza!lol But I'm holding my weight perfectly, and feeling awesome physically. That says ALOT. I have not binged or turned to food for comfort, I have honestly changed My doctor originally scheduled me for bloodwork to start R2 on June 7th but she pushed it up to this Wednesday-wooohooo!!!! I think I am still going to wait to start my next injections until June 10, but it's just a reminder that I'm almost back on the starting line again and it's exciting! Hope everyone is having an awesome holiday weekend and I'll be checking back tomorrow to see how ya'll did!

    Hi again. My weight was up to 144.6, but this am back to 142.8, so I'm happy considering how badly I ate over Memorial Day week and weekend. I tried on my bathing suits this morning and they look so much better on me, even a little too big! Such a happy feeling. pareann, I'll be joining you for r2 after June 13. Then I think no more trips for awhile so maybe I can get back at this!!

    Hello everyone! i started a June round twoers thread. I needed to get started a bit early so I can be on P3 for a 6 day camping trip at the end of the month. I did go up a total of 6 lbs - got pretty lazy but I was working out a lot. and of course i drank some calories as well. But not near as hungry as I used to be. Look forward to seeing you guys in rd 2 again.
    Started VLCD on 6/1
    RD2/PH2/wk1 - 8 lbs lost( 2 of them were from loading days)
