    Good job Rebecca! Well I was scared out of my mind to see the scale this morning. Had fried chicken tenders and French fries late last night with honey mustard and ranch! But to my surprise I was down .2 ! doesn't it kinda make ya mad when u stay on protocol and have a gain but u cheat and ya lose! Lol

    Up .2 this morning, not really sure why. I was good yesterday, when I could have been SO bad, lol. Maybe it's TOM looming, or the fact that today is day 5 with no BM. I'm just chaking it up to a body adjustment day.

    Anyone still around??? Loaded yesterday after the holiday break and first vlcd today. Just checkin in to see if were still keeping this forum going!?!?
    Starting weight: 182.2 lbs

    Yup. I started the vlcd today. just had my lunch. unfortunately im out of batteries for my scale so i had to guess the portion size of chicken. i think i did alright.

    I did my first VLCD yesterday after the interruption and was down 1.2 pounds this morning. I luckily was able to maintain my weight over the week and a half break, so am not trying to lose any excess. How much longer does everyone plan on going? Will you just be finishing out your 40 days starting from the point of interruption, or will you be going longer?

    Hey Spivey. I am over at the New Year's forum now. I think it is called Amazing Losers? I also was able to maintain over my 2 week break and am on VLCD#2. I was down 1 pound this morning. It could have been better but I splurged with a diet soda and popcorn last night. Nothing rogue today because I want a bog loss tomorrow. I am going to count this as kinda a cycling round. I did not reload because it is not needed when starting back after the intermission but I will be doing a long round. I think I will take about 40 days to get to my goal weight of 125. I plan on staying on the drops until I hit that weight. Hope everyone is doing well after the holidays/break.

    I was only planning a 23 day round but I'm pretty sure I'm extending it to hit my goal and just get it over with.

    Ortho how tall are you? Our stats r pretty close. I'm 5'8" and hippy lol I used to be hour glass but my boobs vanished so now I'm a pear. A flat stomach with huge hip and thighs.. lovely lol. The lowest I've been is 145 and that was about 8 years ago. I would love to be 140, I don't think my body can go lower then that.
