    Hi All!
    Well, I weight myself this morning for the first time in a while. I was actually up in weight, which was really disappointing after so much working out and following weight watchers consistently. But then checked my body fat percentage, and it had gone down, and I measured myself and I have lost an inch around my belly button! (As well as some around other areas.) I guess I'm building muscle? Anyway - I can tell I feel better, so I'm going to keep up the working out. My friend has talked me in to eating a paleo diet with her, which I'll start next week. Really, it's a lot like this diet, but there aren't restrictions on the amount of calories like there is with HCG. I'll try it for a while at least and see how I do on it!

    I start my Victorian Literature class today - my first book is Wuthering Heights. I kind of can't believe I've never read this one. But, this isn't my favorite period of literature - I much prefer 20th century European or American lit.

    Looks like we are supposed to get a bunch of snow tomorrow - maybe I'll have lots of time to read, exercise, and plan my new diet...

    Hope everyone is hanging in there! Looks like the scales were moving again!

    I'm still here. Nothing good to report. Weight is back in the 170's. Had to say good bye to the size 10 and hello to 12. Just killing my sides. Going shopping for my salad tomorrow.

    You ladies have your will power back.

    Just a quick check in for me tonight. Doing okay, maybe get to move my ticker tomorrow, but not sure how my body will handle the grilled chicken breast from Chic-Fil-A I ate for dinner. I have a paper due tonight for school and focus is not cooperating with me today, so I need to get working on that.

    Stick, hang in there. Are you still on P2? We are all here for you, no matter what is happening.

    Lyn, sounds like you are gaining muscle. I've never read Wuthering Heights either, hope that it's good.

    Good morning! I am stuck at 143lbs. I don't get it! How can 3 freakin pounds be so hard?
    lyn- congrats on you lossing those inches. Glad to hear your work out is doing well. I never heard of the paleo diet. Good luck w/that and keep us posted. Enjoy your class.
    Stick- Hang in there. How much longer do you have on P2?
    Chelle-Hope scale is good to you. Good luck on paper, what is it on?

    Hotmama, my paper had to do with IT enterprise architecture on the USPS (it was so boring to read). I hope that you get a loss tomorrow. Those pounds have to go sometime. Are you loosing inches?

    I had a .6 loss this morning. Not sure how tomorrow will be. I think my dose is off, I was starving at lunch and ate 6 beef skewers. I'm going to try to lower my dose tomorrow and see how it goes. I'm still buried in homework, but taking the rest of tonight off from school.

    Good morning. Ok, wine and some wheat thins so now I'm paying 144lbs. Back on track today. I have not measured myself but things are fitting better and my face looks much thinner

    Chelle-I have not a clue what your papaer is on. I'm thinking something to do with the post office? Ha ha. Maybe???? Well I hope you get a great grade regardless. What are you going to school for? I miss school. It was a lot of work having the kids and going to work but was worth it.
    lyn & Stick- hope you guys are doing well.

    Well, it's margarita night...but no margarita for me . It's only for a few more weeks, after this week I would really like to have one though. Weight was up a bit yesterday but back down + a pound this morning.

    I found out yesterday that I have a chance to apply to be a telecom engineer at work. I'm going to do it, but will be up against some amazing people for the job. So I guess I'll see how that all goes. I need to update my resume this weekend.

    Hotmama, this class has to do with how computer systems and everything to do with them, all tie in together. It's horribly boring, but I need to find a way to get through this. I'm working on getting my bachelors degree in informaiton techology, I also have a degree in computer networking....I'm a closet geek, lol. I think we all have a bad day where we fall off the wagon. Hope that you loose the weight quick and can get past these last few pounds into the 130's.

    Well, the little piggy is still here alive and well. No, I'm not on P2. Really I'm not on anything. Just so upset with myself right now. I was able to keep my weight in the 160's for most of all of the holidays from Halloween thru New Years. Now after New Years my weight has gone out of control. Think I'm up to 173 right now. I do know that I've been eating eggs for breakfast with my husband and that's a no no. Not giving up. Trying P2 on Monday.

    So glad everyone else is doing good.

    I seem to be doing good with loosing. Had an up yesterday, but I think that is because I went way overboard on salt Friday night. My ticker is accurate right now. I think this will be a longer round that I planned. I am going to have a cheat here in a couple weeks, for my sisters 40th birthday. After dinner our parents are taking the kids with them and I'm taking her to the country bar down the street. I guess I'll see how bad that messes with me.

    I am not having any fun with school right now. My motivation just is not there and there is nothing that I am finding interesting in these classes. I have so much homework to do that finding time to go to the grocery store is hard. I think I'm just whining right now, would rather go and do something fun.

    Stick, hope this P2 is good for you and you get great losses. I know how you are feeling, I gained so much over the holidays that this round is pretty much a repeat of my last round. One thing that I did notice is that the weight is coming off quicker, maybe becasue I've already lost it a few months ago, I don't know. Hopefully it will be the same for you.

    OK, I'm back on board. Started another P2 this morning with a weigh in at 174.6. Got a headache this morning so I know that the hcg is working. I refuse to give up. That's just not happening. I lost it before and I'll do it again. Either way I'm still smaller than I was this time last year. I do understand one thing that it's very important to keep your weight in check with the 2 pound rule. Which I didn't do this time. It would of been much easier if I didn't let my weight get out of control.

    Chelle, I'm sure you'll just blow right thru these classes. I'm very proud of you.

    Stick - You CAN DO IT! Good job getting back on the diet. Don't get discouraged - you know what to do. Are you still working on quitting smoking? I imagine that would make the diet much harder to stick to.

    Chelle - Doesn't school suck sometimes?! I spent too long pretending that this semester wasn't going to start...now I'm behind.... Good job on your losses! Is your daughter liking being back at her school?

    HotMama - How's it going?

    Jen - Are you out there? Hope things are going okay! My husband is having a JCAHO visit at his hospital this week - I'm sure you've been through that before!

    As for me, I am starting to see the scale go back down. I've lost a pound and a half in the last couple of days. I think all the bloat from starting a new exercise regimen is starting to come off. My body was shocked :-)

    Not much else going on here. I'm trying to keep things boring - I do better on my diet that way :-)
