    Crazy weekend. It's been snowing and cold here so not much being outside for me. I've been bad food wise the last couple days, I'm okay with that. I'm going to be good until Friday then loading Saturday and Sunday. I'm excited and ready, but at some times feeling unmotivated. I'm sure that will change once I start seeing weight come off again.

    I think that I'll miss cream in my coffee too, flavored coffee is the only thing that has saved me.

    Had a hard time today keeping focused on what I shouldn't be eating. Must admit that with P4 coming to an end I have started to be a little careless in what I ate today. Just know the scale is going to remind me about it in the morning.

    I'm back!! Looks like we are all really looking forward to P2 again, and the losses that we know will be forthcoming. I was surprised when I got on the scale this morning, and I'm below LIW. Ate pretty clean Saturday and Sunday, but I did drink a few beers Saturday, I didn't really know what to expect this morning. I was chanting 227,227, and was happy to see 224.4. My hubby was up a bit after the trip, but he wasn't as good about what he ate while we were travelling. I feel like I have stabilized really well after this first round, hoping to get below 200 this next round.

    I am NOT going to wean myself off of coffee, can't function in the morning without it. I plan on using the Fat Free coffee mate again, limiting myself to 1 tablespoonful, and using Stevia for my sweetener. I love my foo-foo coffee and can't get away from it. This was the only off-protocol item I used my first round, and I just used it instead of the 1 tablespoonful of milk. I hope to get the call early this week that my HCG has come in, I ordered last week. Planning on loading Sat and Sun, starting VLCD on Monday, just like last time.

    Well, I've found out that no matter how much I try to fool myself that it's ok to eat something bad that my scale won't lie to me in the morning. Up to 192.0. Every time I get close to starting the next phase I start to get very careless. P2 can't get here fast enough.

    So what is everyone going to load up on. I haven't had chinese food, potato chips and fries in 4 months. Oh and I'm having bacon and eggs with toast. Maybe even go to a breakfast buffet.

    Stick, you're funny. I've been thinking about loading, they say lots of fats and proteins, not so much carbs. BUT, I'm gonna have me some ice cream for sure, and chinese sounds good too! I did try a few cheese fries the other night, and they weren't as wonderful as I thought they would be (thanks goodness). I'll be working this weekend, so I know we will go out to eat when I get home Saturday night And probably hit up the donut shop or Sonic for breakfast on my way to work both days. But I bet I can't eat as much as I used to, might be interesting... We shall see.

    One thing I know is that I won't be loading on sugar. Boy did it give me a headache last time for 3-4 days.

    OK, let's not talk about sugar because after I signed off......I raided my husband's easter basket that had real chocolate in it cause mine was all gone. I've decided that I'm a SF candy junkie. Will not be getting on the scale. At least I'm doing all my cheating in the same day. I will tell you that cheating gives me heartburn.

    I had absolutely no intensions on weighing myself this morning. I get up as usual and start the coffee then go to the bathroom. As I'm sitting on the toilet just peeing I happen to glance over at the sink and can see the corner of the scale peeking at me from under the sink vanity. Can you believe it, it's watching my every move. I start to brush my teeth and I stub my toe on him. The damn scale jumped out at me trying to keep me from leaving the bathroom. So now I have to bend down and touch him. OMG, it starts to say "you know you want to touch me, you know you want to take all of your cloths off, you know you want to climb on me, I won't hurt you". Panic runs all thru my body. How does he know me so well! What do I do? I have to touch him, I can't just let him stay where he is, half under the vanity and half sticking out. Maybe, I could move him and then just run out of the bathroom. As I'm moving him, I find myself not putting him back under the sink but sliding him to his favorite weighing spot. I just couldn't take it any more. I wanted him and wanted him badly. With him staring at me as I let my robe slip off my naked body I could feel a sense of helplessness but at that point I had already committed myself and could feel his glaring approval. I can hear him say "come on, just one foot at a time, it'll be alright, I'll be over in just a minute, I promise that I won't hurt you". Oh, how many times have I heard those words from him and how many times has he hurt me. Does he really mean it or is he just playing with me. As I close my eyes and gentle step on him, I can feel his mechanical scale tremble under the weight of my body. His digits starts to slow down and come to rest I know he is thru with me at least for today. As I'm putting him back under the sink, I can hear him whisper "I was nice and gently as I promised giving you a weight of 192 (same as yesterday) but tomorrow if you don't behave I'll be giving you a spanking".

    Um, Stick, you're crazy!! (and I'm glad I'm not the only one who has a "relationship" with my scale) It's nice that sometimes we can eat something not so good for us and survive it. I would hope that we can occaisionally have a "treat" and it not cause huge gains, as long as the treats aren't an every day thing.

    I don't know what the hell I did yesterday, but I was down 2 pounds this morning, to the lowest I've been, even in my 72 hours after my last shot. 222.4, almost 3 pounds below LIW. Not sure what happened, but I'll take it. Maybe it will help me not feel so bad when I load this weekend if I can stay at or around my LIW. Agreed with not going nuts over sugar, it just doesn't even sound good to me any more. I know we are having steaks for mothers day, inviting my mom and dad, hubby's mom and dad, and my aunt over for a cookout Sunday evening. And I'm gonna have a loaded baked potato with mine.
