Where do you get pregnenalone? Is it rx or can you get it online? I can't find it anywhere locally.

I can't be the only one that feels this way, but there are so many supplement recommendations floating around out there, it's making my head swim. I know what many of them are, but several I'm not familiar with and don't know if you need bloodwork to test levels first, if they're rx or not, what things might be contraindicated???? We all can't afford a lot of testing that's not covered by insurance, or can't find a doctor that can get out of the mainstream long enough to open their mind to it! I'm ready to do another round of hcg then want to the the leptin reset. I've been back and forth from this site to Dr. Kruse's, taking notes, and have a list of supplements a mile long! Something like the leptin rx for dummies would be good with the supplements. It seems like pregnenalone is an important one, and I can't find where to get it, for instance. Any input would be appreciated!

That's just confusing about what supplements you're supposed to take..... Are these something that is mandatory or is it just suggestion?

Wow I'm more confused than ever, I know this is an old post but can any one tell me do we take these supplements now while on HCG or this is something we take once we are doing the Leptin reset, also is QPP important to start taking while on HCG?

You don't need to worry about it. It's an old post and really not relevant.
