How the Leptin Reset Works by Dr Kruse

Since there are many women over 40 and men over 50 here, I'd love to hear what we are doing to improve some of these levels.

And since winter is coming, would using a light box be a good idea?

    1) Dr K`s writing is improving exponentially, I think I actually understood most of that one!!
    2) for someone like me understanding effect of the Leptin Rx parameters is very beneficial
    3) I`d love to better understand the waking up between 2-4 and how it affects the whole scenario. I find much of the Leptin Rx assumes that cortisol will be high at night. I am one of those with below range cortisol from about 3pm onward. I do get that the wake up between 2-4 is cortisol related or rather I generally understand it`s related to a lack of cortisol due to weakened adrenals but I`m also seeing comments about prolactin surges...that part bears greater research for me to understand.

Wow... that is really good stuff, and I understand what he is saying better for some reason. I am only up to the sleep apnea part, and have to get ready for work now. I want to pay close attention to that, since I have 2 sleep disorders.

    Agreed.

Is any supplementation we can do to help with the prolactin issue?

not that I know of, I know how to supplement the low cortisol issue but don't know how we determine whether the waking up is a prolactin issue or a cortisol issue?
