Thread: Leptin reset recipes?

    Leptin reset recipes?

ANy good recipes that are nightshade free, dairy free, nut free (and seafood free for me because I'm allergic) -and some that are egg free as I haven't introduced those yet.

I second this request. I bought several paleo and primal cookbooks hoping to find inspiration, as well as one for gluten and dairy free, and most still have things I should not eat!

Try Well Fed. It has mostly what you are looking for.

Janeen, hi, haven't run into you for awhile. How are you doing?

On the recipe front, folks, I will usually just go online and stick paleo and gluten free or no nightshades....or whatever else I am avoiding in a search string and it is very interesting what kinds of recipes come up.....I do this often when I have specific ingredients that I want to work with but no creative ideas about how to put them all together. Man, how did we ever live without the internet?!...lol

And, I love Well Fed also....great recipes!

    Hi Candi! <3 Paleo!

Oh, and as for Well Fed, she also has a website with a bunch of recipes for free, so you can see if your tastes fit with hers. She has changed her style a bit over time, apparently from Zone to Paleo. World-class, middle-Eastern, delicious.

Good advice! I'm not doing leptin, but had an idea.. I use it very often for other reasons. At AllRecipes.com you can search by ingredient. But not only can you specify what you DO want in the recipe, you can also specify what ingredients you do NOT want in a recipe. Hope this helps!
