Hey Mel, nice to see ya GF!!!!!!!!!!!

Make sure you eat enough protein at supper. I did the LR each time and it worked for me!

Good luck and keep us posted.

Goal this round 160: losses include loading day 1 = vcld 1

Yes I lost 2-4 lbs each time...but they didn't stay off... I do add dairy and nuts though, so that could be the reason...I don't care though since it is maintenance.

I couldn't eat a BAB it literally made me sick; especially within 30 minutes of getting up. So I made a smoothie every morning.

I always start with whey protein (http://www.kaizenprotein.com/index.html), pasteurized egg whites, water, fruit, greens, cinnamon. Then I add CO...then greek yogurt (also high protein).

    Take care xo

The Leptin Reset requires a heavy protein/fat breakfast to start your day. If you have done it for a couple of weeks, you should be in a kind of groove for what is an appropriate meal to hold you over for several hours and also eliminate any cravings. If you are gaining, you may want to take a look at either hormones or food sensitivities. I ALWAYS recommend real food instead of meal substitutes and diet food.
Just read Weight Loss Apocalypse which gave me new resolve.
Currently getting back to the ticker weight.
