    Seem to have the opposite problem of most

    BAB doesn't fill me up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I had 8.7 oz of steak and 2.2 oz of onions sauteed in coconut oil and 2 cups of coffee with coconut oil and stevia (and something similar every morning-added coconut oil in coffee yesterday). It was almost 700 calories and it didn't feel me up. It gets me to where I can last 4 hours for lunch but not without looking at the clock all morning.
    Starting weight: 152.5
    After loading: 153:
    Week 1 loss: 5.5 lbs (including load)
    Week 2 loss: 5 lbs
    Week 3 loss: 3.5 lbs
    LDW: 136
    Current Weight (P3-8) 135

    You just keep increasing your protein until it does fill you up. And you can have lunch. You will eventually get to the point where you can skip lunch if you like but you really only need to go 4 hours.
