Roguers.....Is anyone trying Hcg with the Leptin Reset?

Can anyone tell me if they have tried Leptin reset and HCG? The leptin reset seems like a reasonable way to eat.

I tried it as a favor to the author. Total fail. I lost about half normal and then regained it. Hcg combined with fats just really doesn't work well for those with a true obesity problem.

Would it work well in phase 3? I was originally thinking of ending with Weight Watchers.
Also the only real fat I get in is probably dairy. I LOVE cheese! It's very hard to let that go while on phase 1, but I suck it up and do. Thankfully I don't crave it while taking the hcg.
With that being said which do you think is better for maintaining?

Yes it works well in P3. I'm not sure it's necessarily "better" though. Hcg by itself helps the entire metabolism when done correctly. One thing with the leptin reset thing is the long time between food intake. I personally don't think that is the best thing for women. Intermittent fasting works well for men, but women's hormones are much more complex. Our metabolisms seem to do better eating every 3 hours or so, otherwise we start running into adrenal and thyroid issues, especially when combined with very low carbs (which is a common thing.)

You might check out Trim Healthy Mama and Pomroy's Fast Metabolism Diet. I'm a big fan of both.
