    Home Stretch

    Round 3 is going well. I'm 4 lbs from my goal of 125 with 4 days left in my 24 day round. I'm considering extending the round a couple of days if I don't release within the time frame. This round has gone quickly' thank goodness, and I'm a business traveler so am very pleased.

    Hi Everyone,


    I'm loading is weekend so far Saturday...pasta, 1slice of pizza, kettle corn, broccoli salad...today nothing so far...hcg is taking my appeitite. My first low calorie will be tomorrow.

    Today was load day #2 for me. I was down .4 of a pound this morning, not sure that's a good thing, lol. I am getting scared that I didn't load too good this time. I did have chicken, rice cereal, skim milk, brussel sprouts, some Lindt chocolate throughout the day. Am having a deit Barq's root beer at the moment. I may make myself have some peanut butter and almonds later. Good luck to all who start VLCD tomorrow.

    I start VLCD tomorrow. I'm anxious because I've heard the 2nd round is harder. I'm really looking forward to it. I hate loading, especially when I'm not hungry! Good luck everyone!

    Today was my second day loading. Tomorrow I start with my 1st VLCD on my 1st round, ever. The load days were more difficult than fun...I just wasn't hungry at all. Geesh! A few days ago I was dreaming of all the things I would eat on my load days, and when it came down to it, I had to force myself to eat. Inthe end, I ate high quality, higher fat/calorie foods. I still ate organice...but homemade Enchiladas Verdes, last night. Tonight Pozole Verde, hemp bagels w/Sicillian olive oil. Cream in my coffee (God how I will miss that cream. Black coffee=blech). I swear I fantasized about eatting donuts, potato chips, chocoalate bars, okay, I had some cookies last night...but only because I wanted to load in more calories.
    Anyhow...this is my first post. I am excited and nervous at the same time. What if I am one of those it does not work for? I will hopefully will be able to continue to do Cardio Barre, bike riding, etc. I love being physical. I am doing this because I had a sudden 15 pound gain this year, due to hormone changes, and I JUST could NOT take it off. None of my old ways of losing worked-South Beach, Weight Watchers (I actually gained on both of these). I ran two marathons, lifted weights, and I just kept getting heavier. My thyroid was slow, so began natural thyroid, but still...no weight loss. My Intergrative Doc. suggested I might benefit from this. So, I have been trolling the forums reading what every one has to say. It sounds too good to be true, the magic bullet. My biggest fear is to lose the weight, and watch it fly back on, as it sounds like so many do. Anyhow...blah,blah. I just thought I wanted to throw my voice out there...
    My goal weight range is 125-130.

    LD2 159.6
