    Wow, you must have been hungry with only a half dose of hcg. How do you feel now? I'm sure much better. I've been on the diet 11 days including my loading days and have lost 16.6 lbs so far (I have alot more to lose though) I'm on 170iu shots and it seems to be working very well. I am also taking Vitamin B shots a couple times a week which really help with energy etc. Have a great day - you are doing awesome.

    Question

    I'm confused about loading and hope someone can clear this up for me. I'm on day 26 of VLCD and have lost 16 pounds so far - it should have been more, but that was my own fault. Planning on stopping the drops at day 33 (don't want to get the chance to become immune to the drops) and hope to have at least 20 pounds down. If I've read Simeon's protocol correctly, he suggests loading for 3 days, but everyone on the board is only doing two. Now I know one day isn't going to make or break the entire protocol, but I want to make sure I do this right when I start my second round of drops.

    Also, for those of you who have done subsequent rounds, how long did you wait between rounds? Simeon's protocol says 6 weeks, but I've heard (and read) of people waiting for however many days they took the drops in the last round before beginning their loading days, and some have even waited as little as two weeks before starting again. I am totally confused and don't want to jeopardize my weight loss or my health and any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

    Question...so I am in the middle of my first p3 and should load, in Vegas, no less in about ten days. On my first load, I ate and drank everything I wanted, including alcohol and sweets. If that's not the right way, then do you just gorge on p3 foods or what. I hope not.
