    Niane!!!!!! I'm celebrating!!! So well deserved after all your hovering around set point. Yea yea YEA!!! Did you do something in particular to break the stall?

    AFM...I'm down another 3.3 lbs, for a 2 day total of 6.6 lbs and my load weight is gone!!! Woohoo!!!

    Ok folks. Went to a wedding last night and it was not the type where food requests are an option. I had filet mingon but it was covered in a wine sauce and mushrooms, that I tried to scrape off without looking like a nut. Green beans, which I don't think are protocol---but they weren't prepared with any butter, so that was good. Didn't eat the potato or chicken because it was breaded, but did have an itsy bitsy bite of a cannoli and 3 vodka and waters. I had a +.4 gain this morning, so it could have been worse, but tomorrow and the following days will be the real test, as all of us who have had a cheat know, its not worth it because it could stall you for days. Lots of water and strict protocol today---fingers and toes crossed that I didn't screw up too badly. I've had killer losses and would just be devastated if this is what cause me to lose momentum. Good losses today to you all!! Welcome all the new May loaders and early VLCDers. The diet is amazing if its your first round!!! Welcome welcome!!

    Well it's sure is starting out a very good Mother's day for me, Im down another 1 pound, so that puts me in the 150,s, Im so thrilled, I can feel the 140,s coming very soon. Well I decided not to be tempted with food today, so I decided to go swimming at my daughter's house. I love swimming and it's doesn't involve food. My last P2 round I was on, of course it was during my birthday and I stayed home and didn't get to eat at my favorite restaurant and now I going thru another holiday being on P2 again, some day I will be able to celebrate and I will be looking Hot & Sexy LOL

    Size2again: It's all water weight and it will come off, this week. I gained 4 lbs on loading and was freaked out, cause usually I alway's lose 2 pounds loading, but it came off the first 2 day's of vlcd

    Annie33: Im so thrilled, I did a mini load day on Thursday to break the stall and Ive been having big losses. I have never done any thing about weight gains or stalls or goose eggs day's, I just let me body adjust, but it was a old weight set point and I stabilized at that number my last to rounds, so I lock that number in good. If I stall again, I will be doing mini loads to jump start or trick my body into thinking I loading. I can feel the 140,s coming really soon.
    I think you did the best you could do under the circumstances at the wedding, but that's not to bad of a gain, probably salt or water weight. I know I cancel every invite I get to be social while on p2, I was invited to go gambling with my brother and sister today and I opted to go swimming at my daughter house so I not away from home and I don't have to worry about food or putting my injection on ice and not having to explain why I can't eat with them. I figure there's alway's will be another Mother's day next year and Damn how hot and sexy I will look LOL

    Dmbgirl: Thank you and happy Mother's day to everyone too!! How are you doing today? What are your plans for today? I know my last round was my birthday so I just stayed home that day too, it seems like every month there's a holiday to celebrate and interfere with our diet. Don't you feel like this diet is so mentally challenging for us?

    Good Afternoon Everyone!!

    First of all Happy Mother's Day to All!

    I went to church with my mom and aunt who is in from out of town. We didn't have any plans for lunch so I had planned on coming home and preparing my own food. However, of course the men (My dad & Uncle) had other plans and took us out to lunch. I was hesitant but figured my family knows I'm fat, they want me to succeed on this (even though they do not know I'm doing Hcg). So we went to Po Folks and I ordered the Naked Chicken breast without ANY THING on it, and sliced tomatoes. Gave my dad the extra veggie option and the bread and of course since it was mother's day they brought each of us mother's at the table a strawberry tart. Gave that to my uncle. So the chicken tasted to good so I'm sure it had some butter or oil on it. But think I did pretty well given the circumstances.

    Hello Everyone!! Today is my 2nd loading day (feeling disgusting, as expected). I'll be starting vlcd-1 tomorrow. I'm looking forward to it, but nervous if I'll do as well as I did the first time. This will technically be my 2nd round, but my 1st was about a year ago. I did wonderfully, then after, I had a lot of life changes and completely just let things go, and of course gained a lot back. So, now that I'm in a better place in my life, I'm giving this another go. So, tomorrow, I will be starting in on phase 2, doing the 40 (43) day plan. Can't wait to be in phase 2 with you guys!!!

    Happy Monday!
    We made it through the weekend- hopefully unscathed! I'm hoping for a great week and great losses. I haven't had more than a -1 on any given day. I set my goal weight for a number that I was before I was married - a long time ago I might add! I may revisit that but, what the hey, a girl can dream right? My children made me a sirloin for Mothers day I started with 3.5 oz but I did go for a second piece- approx.2oz; so thats maybe why I got a goose egg today!
    Niane- This is so mentally challenging, but I keep telling myself 35days I ca do this- then maintain.. It is the only thing that is keeping me focused! Well, that and people starting to notice the loss!

    I've been floating up and down can someone help/explain? I was 219 this morning then i weighed myself again 221?????? I didn't eat anything yet!

    Well I am on a losing streak another .8 down and Im finally out of the 150,s, I am 149.8 just a smidge below, but heck Ive been waiting to see the 140,s this whole round, I have finally arrived!!YAY, Im so thrilled. I just hope I can stay in the new decade this next couple of day's away from my old set point. I didn't think I would lose almost a pound since I never get any type of exercise on P2, so I guess my body likes motion and not sitting around all day except the house chores. Im wanting to go swimming today again, but I don't want to push it so soon, so I think I'll just take it easy today.

    Size2again: Go with the 1st number the 219, that's what Grammy would say, I know if I wait about 20 minutes after taking my thyroid meds I tend to drop a few ounces. I think it's your body stabilizing but alway's go with the 1st number after you pee and your bladder's empty.

    dmbgirl: I alway's do the 40 day round, for some reason my body starts having good losses my 5th & 6th week and then I see the sign's where my body is done and mentally Im done by then. It really hard to go that long of a round but when your on a losing streak or getting really close to goal, it's hard to go into P3 but you've got to stabilized and lock in your new weight and give your body time to rest, I noticed my 3rd week of P3 my skin started to shrink back and espeically my legs got really shapley.
