Wow this thread is picking up. Welcome all newcomers. It is nice to see so many planning long rounds. We will all be in it together for awhile.

Update R2VLCD10 down 10.9. So I am happy so far.

Things I have learned for newbies. Water is really important drink up. I drink about 100-120 ounces a day. Plan your meals don't let anything go to chance. Happy weigh in tomorrow everyone.

My first 10 lbs and I just started!!!!! Today is day 4 of VLCD. So glad many of us will be here for a month or more!

GailAnn thanks for the water reminder! As well as not being hungry I am not as thirsty as before. I need to start logging my water intake.

Have parts of meals made up at least for the next 5 days. Do not want to be in the situation of "looking" for food.

Welcome all the newbies! I'm hardly ever on the computer anymore and it's pretty hard to keep track of all the posts on my phone, but everyone seems to be doing really well.
    I'm on VLCD2 and down 2.7 so it's a good start anyway.

I am going to start loading on the 30th. A little nervous, but I have to get this weight off. I have 40 to lose. Hope you don't mind if I follow this thread?

Helloooooo HCG-ers! Today is load day 2! Tomorrow the VLCD commences. Anyone else in this little boat??? Nervous for the round, not sure why… hoping I can stick with it this time. I attempted a few other times this past month and failed miserably. Its all MENTAL!

I am planning in NOT weighing this round. it messes ith my head far too much. Has anyone else NOT weighed and enjoyed it?

I'm not focusing on the scale this time either but I'm also not going to avoid it altogether. I want to see the numbers moving but I don't want to put too much focus on it. It's really upsetting to work so hard and then see no change on the scale so I'm going to judge progress mostly by how my clothes fit after week 1. For this week though, I'm going to watch the scale because week 1 is my favorite weight loss week.... I like to watch it come down fast

Cat_tx great job 10#. Great idea keeping ahead of food prep.
    Medic430 great first day
Kmyers I agree had to keep up. The for checking in
Gummibear 2.7 is an awesome start.
Rjfixerswife welcome, happy to have you!!
Lalabox99 you can do it. Like cat_tx said preplanning is key. I'm too anxious not to weigh. I need a daily reminder either way. Keep us informed how it works for you.

Gummi.....this is my second round but my first round wasn't *real* drops. I, TOO, am feeling soooo much more sleepy. I'm happy with the results I had but that's for another post.
