Great to have a group starting at the same time! Today was first day of VLCD. I was so scared I would be hungry but have not been. I mixed my own drops as per the instructions grammy posted. 15cc saline for 5000iu vial.
Had coffee for breakfast with the vanilla stevia, romaine with chicken and vinegar for lunch and one small orange so far. More chicken and some strawberries for dinner is planned. Hope to wake up to my first of many many losses! I have a lot to lose!

Welcome kiwimel and shelliboo! We are all in this together! This is my first round and day 2 of VLCD. Doing OK and am not hungry, which is both wonderful and unusual for me. I do need to look for more P2 recipes so I have more variety. Do any of the more experienced here have any suggestions?

Yesterday was Day 1 of Loading. I gained 1.2 lbs. Today is Mother's Day & I'm working hard on loading well. This is round 2 for me.

I lost about 16 lbs during round 1 but gained back 5-ish. Turns out the drops I had did NOT have any hcg lised in the ingredients. Additionally, if I'm being honest, I did NOT follow P3 protocal as strictly as I should've. Now I have good drops & I'm hoping for good results that STICK this round.

Well, after loading I'm back at 180.0. I'm really hoping I can be one of those people that loses 35 on one round. Ideally I'd like to see 130 but I think 145 would be doable for a while. Crossing my fingers anyway.

I just checked and it looks like my drops are legit. They do say 6x, 12x, 30x, 60x. I started loading yesterday and today is my second load day. I am dreading tomorrow because I know as soon as my mind knows I am limited on what I can eat, I am going to crave everything under the sun and feel hungry all the time.
Well lets hope not, I want this to be a huge success.

    HEY peeps!

My name is Ryan.. I have done a couple rounds in the past, most recently in November where I went from 220, down to 180ish in a cycle..

Since, I have gained about half of it back and I am starting a new round.

Starting load weight after two days is 201.9

I am doing a 40ish day cycle, and the goal is 165!

I love this site! I think it is awesome, and being one of the only dudes on here, I have to hold it down for the fellas, so here I am!

    Let's do this!

Gummi, remind me of your stats? What's your height? I'm 5'3" (medium frame, I think) and while I'd LOVE to get down to 115-120 lbs, after having five kids & being 47 yrs old, I think I'll be *content* to get to 125-130.

Hey folks. I hope I'm not too late to the party. I will start loading on Friday, May 16. I successfully lost almost 20 pounds in three weeks on HCG back in 2011. I gained it all back and more after losing the weight because I didn't change my attitude towards eating after I lost it.

I tried HCG off and on since then with no success, either because I had fake drops or lack of motivation. This time I plan to complete however many cycles I need to get down 40 or more pounds.

    I'm 35 - female
    5'4 200lbs

My usual healthy weight is 165-172.

Now that I'm older, the weight just doesn't come off as easily as it used to. This time I will be receiving HCG from the doctors here and I'm so excited to start. I've read most of the posts to this thread and I'm even more encouraged to do this with others!

When I finish it this time, I don't EVER want to do this again!!

I'm 5'2, 41yrs with 3 kids. I was around 140 at this time last year after a couple rounds on fake drops. This is VLCD 1 on real drops and I'm about to fall asleep at my desk. I feel like I just ate Christmas dinner when all I had was a thin chicken breast with lettuce and an apple. If this is the difference between the real and fake drops, I'm going to have to rethink how I eat my meals. Maybe break it up a bit.

Nothing beats a failure, Except a TRY!
