Time flies! I plan on loading the last weekend of mMay and stating r4 June! Another round, excited to hit that 175 weight!
    Started JULY 2015
    Ended 4 rounds November 2016
    -80 pounds!

I keep gaining 20 to 25 of it back, I take off 5 pounds myself and then I do a round and lose 20 lbs. So I have done a total of 7 rounds. I am on my 8th round, taking the SAME 20 lbs off. ugh. But at least I don't gain 80 back!

Well, I am waiting for my HCG kit, continuing to prepare mentally and also trying to educate myself as to what others have done. I am a bit nervous, anxious I guess lots of emotions. I just don't want to go through a weight loss again only to gain it back. I am sure many of you can relate.

I have been busy purchasing what I will need for my meals in the way of protien, freezing portions...I work full time and that is the last thing I want to have to think about..anyone else done this?

I eat pretty clean so wondering what I should eat for my loading days. I want to load but try and stay away from a lot of carbs. I would rather go with the protiens and fat..

    Any suggestions

I have a crockpot shredded chicken recipe in my blog that is great to make and preportion for P2. Its versatile and can be used in a lot of different ways.

I applaud your plan to concentrate on good fats for loading. The rounds that I did that, I felt a lot better both during the load and the few days into P2. For an effective load, there is no need to stuff yourself to the point of pain or discomfort. Just eat some fat every couple of hours, or as soon as you have some more room.

Some of my favorite loading foods:
ricotta cheesecake (I make it low carb)--makes a great loading breakfast
    bacon!
    ribs
    guacamole
    cocoa crack candy
    gobs of nut butter
nuts! macadamias are great little fat bombs
full fat greek yogurt -- I make avocado icecream
your favorite cheese--I love to make cheese lace and eat it with a crisp apple, or make it into a taco shell

I like to allow myself one or two less-than-pure things that I enjoy but never eat other times. I think its good for the soul. Loading is the best time to have that fettucine lobster alfredo if you crave it.

    My guilty pleasures:
sliders and sweet potato fries at my favorite all-night diner
    HagenDaze coffee ice cream

    Next week!

My HCG will arrive tomorrow, will load on Wednesday and Thursday, then begin my journey on Friday! Loads of feelings but mostly anticipation. I plan to Load clean to try and avoid over indulgence of sugars and carbs. Will add fatty foods ......any other ideas out there?

I decided Tuesday, which was my son's 21st birthday, that I had enough of tighter and tighter clothes. Summer is approaching, and the shorts I tried wearing last Sunday were just gross looking on me. So, Tuesday at 3:55 pm (cut off was 4 pm to order) I had the hcg mailed to me overnight and got it Wednesday morning to load for 2 days and begin the vlcd Friday. I'm on day 3 now. I joined this thread, because many in April are moving on to P3, and I may end up doing a long round. My bf wants to take me out to dinner, but I told him I'd prefer we grill something instead because I want to lose this weight. He told me I will never hear him complain about my weight. It's me. I'm disgusted that I put back on 31 pounds pretty quickly, and a total of 38 in nearly two years!

I am new to forum, but NOT to Hcg. I just placed an order with New Edge, but since it's Sunday, I will have to wait until tomorrow to confirm. I also want it to ship faster, but there wasn't an option for that. I love Hcg but have trouble maintaining the losses. This will be my third round. First round, I gained all of it back within a few weeks. The second, I gained back about half or a third. This round, I am determined to keep all of it off - I hope!

Katie & Jill- Glad you'll be starting soon!

Aspen- Enjoy the load days! I was hoping to be able to eat more, although my hunger wasn't there. Do you like cheese?

I got my tablets from New Edge today. I was so excited I wanted to start asap! I'm waiting to load Saturday and Sunday. Monday is my 43rd birthday and I think this is all serendipitous.

Hi everyone. I'm new here but not new to hcg. Please feel free to send me a message and say hi. I love to talk to people and share success stories! I'm hear to learn and encourage people! I've lost 30 pounds and I'm currently using Homeopathic Hcg. This has changed my life.
