Thread: May 2016 Loaders - Summer Preppers

    Ugh... post was lost. Darn it!!!

    Stats update: After a stall, gain, stall from May 5 to May 12, I finally dropped 4 pounds since I last weighed on Thursday 5 days ago. Total lost 18.8 pounds. I am so glad I didn't cheat on Mexican food Sunday night. I was so, so close to cheating.

    Torn- Hang on there. It will be worth it a month from now. We are here to support you. I live in southern IL, and I've been freezing. I pulled out thermals yesterday, and I'm going to put some on after this post. Rain, cold, and hcg make for some cold ladies, even towards the end of May!

    Katie- I am still undecided. I still have about 20 to 25 more pounds I'd like to lose. If I could go a longer round this time, then that would make me that much closer. I know when I was 17 pounds lighter 2 years ago, I felt I could drop another 5 or 10 maximum. I'll know when I get there. You're still undecided? How much do you need to still lose?

    How is everyone else doing?

    I'm going away with weekend and won't be weighing myself for 3 days! That is really hard for me. I ended up taking my kids out for sushi and had lettuce, daikon and some sashimi (snapper). I hope things look ok tomorrow!

    Lala-great loss! 18 is aweome. I have 25-30 lbs to lose. I am 155 now and would like to be 125-130. I haven't weighted that since my 18 year old was 1! (I'm 5'2 )My body really likes 145 so it always seems hard at that point. And I think being 43 I don't loose the same way I used to. I would be happy getting to 145 on this round. Today was vlcd 16 and I have lost 12.4.

    Torn-yes I agree hang in! You will be glad you did!! Warm weather is right around the corner!

    After 26 vlcd, I lost another 1.4 pounds from yesterday. Total lost now is 20.2 pounds. That's 5.4 pounds in the last 6 days after weighing the same weight for a week. I am so thankful I didn't throw in the towel and cheat out of frustration and mere cravings.

    I am still up in the air about how long this round will be. Do I open another bottle for a long round and waste half the bottle? Will I continue to lose a good amount of fat on a long round? Do I save the bottle for the next round, knowing I'll need another round anyway and hcg costs quite a bit of money. I do well financially, however that is partly because I can be very cheap. If a long round will produce more good losses of fat, then I have no issue with spending the money. If I go long, will I mess up with a big cheat? I almost cheated big Sunday night, and I did have an extra on protocol meal a day or two before that. Anyway, just questions rolling through my head. Any thoughts?

    Katie- You'll do fine this weekend. You did well eating, and you are having really good losses! Are you set to stop after 30 injections? I can't decide.

    I will be 45 this summer. I'm 5'9" and weighed 162 a couple years back. This was a very good weight for me, although I felt just a few more pounds off would be even better. I haven't weighed in the 150s since college. Even my freshman year in college I had 16% body fat and weighed in the upper 150s or lower 160s. I think I'll just know when I get there. I'm looking forward to working out with weights again after this round. I gave it up for over a year and knew it was best to put off a few more weeks until I was done with p2. Oh, I'm 180.2 today. So, I'm 18 pounds from a nice weight, and maybe 25 away from perhaps the lowest I'd go.

    UGH- Travel changed to Monday night: I hate eating out on P2. It would allow me to stay in P2 a little longer though if I wanted to, but am going to a conference the week of June 6th. What should I do?? Extend my round (I DONíT NEED TO LOSE MORE WEIGHT) to 28-30 days for stabilization (would give me 9 days in p3 to try and stabilize) or get a good 12 days in P3 for stabilization? What is the lesser of two evils?? ARG!!!

    Long Journey Ė Love your losses- Iím on VLCD 17 and have lost 9, not huge losses but in all honesty I donít need to really lose more and daily have been consistent in losing about Ĺ pound per day.

    Mama- Glad your cottage Cheese experiment is passing.. Ill bet you get a big woosh here soon.

    Tornado- I hope you figure this out and donít trash this round.

    LALA- Proud of you girl! I read your other thread about cheating and I was about to strangle you. Iíll bet those extra pounds you lost are worth not cheating huh I donít have a lot to lose so am leaning more towards getting into P3 and stabilizing, but if I had more to lose and I didnít have this conference, I would do a longer round. p.s. I think Im starting the whole stall gain thing..ugh

    LIW: 141.6 Stabilized 140.6 (4 month mark) (141-144 @ 8 month mark)

    Momof2- Hmmm... I think I'd get to the 30 to stabilize if at all possible. You can increase calories the last days if you don't need to lose more weight. I don't want you slipping over ending a few days sooner and back on another round. I really hope this will be your last. Whatever you decide, you can do it. I'm very scared of p3 eating and gaining. Are you ready for it? :-) In regard to eating out while traveling, is there a way you can pick up fresh fruit there? Can you pick up a bag of romaine and pre-cooked chicken? Or will your hotel have a microwave you can bring frozen cooked chicken or beef with you? Just trying to find solutions.

    Thanks for the encouraging words. Wow, I wanted to cheat on Sunday. My bf and I argued over it, and he was frustrated as all get out with me. He supports my diet by cooking great meals without oil, has even brought some to work for me a handful of times, and said he doesn't care what size I am. I asked him to please be patient with me. I need this for me.

    I lost another 0.8 today. I was prepared for nothing or even a gain, since I've lost quite a bit this week after that 7 days with a big goose egg stall. I'm going to measure today after I post this. Surely 21 pounds should add up to some serious inches.

    Lost another 1.2 pounds. This next week to follow should be a stall time, because I've dropped so much this last week and TOM is due around Tuesday. Also, today is vlcd 29 (I made it 4 weeks!) but only injection 26. I sort of feel like moving into P3 to make yesterday my last injection, however with TOM approaching I feel maybe I ought to wait. Besides, I read it may be easier to lock in my weight if I go 30 days or more and do it while on a stall. I'll decide here shortly, since I inject about this time.

    I was logging on to report that my drops should be delivered today, finally and wanted to say: Lala - you are rockin' your round! Job well done

    Anyone loading this weekend? Due to my drops being so delayed it seems that everyone will be in P3 when I start P2

    ETA: confirmed my drops WILL be delivered today. Just received notification from the PO that they are out for delivery. Should I go ahead and dose today and start my load? They should be in my mailbox by 12:00 or 1:00 p.m. Gosh, all of the sudden I feel very nervous!

    I signed up for notifications when people post and I haven't been notified of any of these! I am on my 10th day LCD and have lost 6.4 pounds including my loading weight. I pretty much ate whatever during loading. I could stand to lose 40 pounds. Second round of HCG injections

    I've really struggled this round. Up-down. Only lost a total of 4 pounds in 10 days.six straight days of no losses. Half way through a short round. No inches lost. It's been brutal. Out of sheer frustration I blew it with a Taco Bell taco. I know, bad thing. I have a lot of mental garbage to work through. Job has been extremely stressful lately. Dealing with h family members depression. I don't have a carb craving but I so want a bulletproof coffee and a pound of bacon! I'm going to keep going but it's been a hot mess this round. Just my expectations are really dragging me down.

    I had hoped I would be in the 165 range and I seem to be stuck at 176-178 for forever. Argh...

    I waited the 6 weeks, then jumped in. Same dose as last round. No hunger. Just body rebelling I guess. I have a doctors app to Tuesday to get blood work results. I'm just going to keep going. It shouldn't be this hard to lose weight on the protocol.

    Things are so quiet here!!! I just got home from being gone since Thursday morning. I said I would get on the scale until Tuesday morning but of course I came home ate dinner then weighed myself. I know, not the best choice. I told myself I would be happy if my weight stayed the same on this trip. I was pretty good but not perfect. My weight was 4 ounces less than the morning I left so I'm good with that! And hopefully tomorrow morning will show a little more.

    I will go and read all your updates! Thanks for being a support here!
