    Hello!
I'vebeen on the April Loaders but am on VLCD5. Battling the headache today--ALL day. I hope it's gone by tomorrow. What are some of your favorite ways to eat the chicken and hamburger? I only make it a few ways and am getting bored as this is my 3rd round. I usually cook the chicken on the stove with water to create a sauce for the lettuce I add. I do this for the hamburger as well. Sometimes, I use onion--I actually burn it a little to give it flavor!!! WHat seasonings are you using. ME: garlic salt and pepper. Sometimes Aminos. Today I put chicken in the crock pot. It was delish! I am combining these meats with either lettuce or cabbage. I don't care for asparagus. Just curious what else/other combinations I could use!
stabalize in P3--just don't feel like I stabalized the other two rounds as I gained back 8 pounds. URGG. My goal is 160. I'm at 174 with loading weight at 183.

    Happy losing this week!!!

Good evening! Thanks for all your shares! It's such a support. I loaded this weekend. I don't feel like I'm very good at it at I know I didn't eat as much as I should. I thought about loading one more day but I think I'd rather jump right in! I am taking new edge tables and I'm paranoid that I won't absorb it! That is not based on anything other than something to stress about . Well here I go tomorrow morning!

@horses One thing I liked in p2 was fennel sautéed. Also, chicken breast browned on the stove in cast iron and then transfer to oven. So yummy.

    Red face trying again

I'm not new to hcg. I have had both successes and failures. The failures were ME. I wasn't dedicated or in the right mindset. I ended up quiting my last round which was at the beginning of the year because of some family situations that derailed me. I made the decision to do another round starting in May and what happens? A few days before loading days, another family situation hits. I decided NOT to cave into it and to NOT delay starting the protocol. I'm just hoping that the stress and drama doesn't hinder my results too much. I will admit that I don't think I did the best job at loading for this round but I did what I could.

I look forward to getting to know the others on the group and to encourage, support & cheer with one another.

    Hey Candle,

Wishing you all the best success this time. You should be fine with your load. (MamaToYoyo too) Even if loading is not optimum, you might only have a little bit of hunger issue from it if anything the first few days and then you'll be off to the races.

I agree that you have to put the current crisis aside and just do what you know you need to do. There is always a way to work through the stresses and challenges, and you can come out stronger in the end for it.

Good decision to not do an extra day MamaToYoyo. Its not really necessary.

Hey! It's good to see some more people loading in May! I loaded starting Saturday and today was my first VCLD. So far so good!

MamaToYoyo, I have a George Foreman grill and I cook everything on it! I love using Weber chicago steak seasoning (on all meats) and then grilling. I didn't get the grill until like round 5 or something. I don't know how I lived without it! Now, when I'm not on P2 I still cooks my meat on it a lot. I even cook little sizzlers sausage links on it for my family.

Hi everyone! So glad to see a big group of May hcgers I just started VLCD Day 1 and loaded on the weekend. I've done a few rounds of hcg before and I'm back again. It's the only diet that works for me. I am going on a trip to Florida for my birthday, so I'm making this a 42 day round and ending right before I go and I'm promising myself I'll stay on p3 while I'm there. I'm going to miss the cream in my coffee and having the same dinner as my family...but it'll be worth it! I can't wait to drop this 30 pounds. I'm 238 right now after loading - so ashamed of that number. After having kids I struggle to get under 200 and I hate it. I'm going to do this round then p3 and P4 and go right into another round in July. By August I promise myself I'll be in a healthy BMI. That's my ultimate goal

Me too day 1 VLCD. I was plugging along great then I got grouchy....lol....to be expected. It's my birthday today which I thought would be a good idea! I am going to have some steak for dinner with radishes which I love! I'm a massage therapist and know I that the coconut oil I use on my clients maybe affects me. I'm going to pay attention this time so see if my losses change on days I work.

Someone said checking your weight is just like Christmas morning and I think of that every morning now!!! I only push my snooze once and then I pop outa bed and head for the scales. So funny. This diet prep wise is so easy! I do miss my protein shakes and my dauughter is ready for the coco crack in P3. We have 15 days to go. Stay strong everyone.....we can do this!

Planning to a successful round. Will be tough with Mother's Day and a number of birthday celebrations in our family this month, but I am keeping my eyes on the prize!

    Best of luck to everyone!

    Happy birthday mamatoyoyo!

atkhorses - the scale is totally like Christmas morning, that's what I love most about this diet. I'm down 3.4lbs this morning after day 1! I'm sure it's mostly water weight but hey, I'll take it!

    Happy Birthday Mama!!!

Ok- so loaded this weekend and boy was if fun, but felt like total crap by Sunday night. I'm so amazed at how that type of food effects our bodies and is such an energy drain and creates overall slugness.
DISCLOSURE: I loaded on everything, Fats, carbs, sugars, you name it. Yesterday I was Starving to say the least. I should have known better than to load up with carbs and sugar- It tends to make us more hungry the first few days so we don't know if its our dosage or insulin.

I feel less hungry today..thank goodness! I ended up gaining 3 pounds loading and today on VLCD 2 Im down 4 pounds (For a delta of 1 total loss). All water weight but like others- I'll take it!!!

I hope all of you are doing well today and chugging your water. Stay strong...
