We are all down! I gained 3 loading and lost 3. I'm good with that! Thanks for the birthday wishes. I just bought myself a Scanpan for my birthday. No stick with no oil!

Happy Wednesday.....4 days down, yeah like alot more to go- lol! We got this this though~

I'm totally loving that a lot of us started on the same day. I think Lala is ahead of us and is down 13 pounds! Way to go congrats on your losses.

This morning was down another 2 pounds which is awesome, but I also know whats coming-big ole stall!! BUT…actually looking forward to it, Grammy used to say that when we stall, we are losing inches. Something about water is filling our fat cells and so we retain water again, then we flush it out along with Fat? I have to go back and re-read what she said about it but was sooooooooooooooooooo encouraging when the stalls happen.

Hunger for me is getting a little bit more manageable, I hope all of you have stabilized with hunger or have your dosage figured out. I know Aspen was having issues with hunger and this diet totally sucks if we don't get that corrected.

Not that I am rogue but I do mix things up a bit during the diet sort of like mental trickery to help me get through the weeks and wondering what you guys do to play "HCG food roulette".

    Mine are:
Every Saturday- I have HCG protocal eggs with lots of spinach for lunch omlette (I'm a HUGE egg lover- funny this diet taught me that my body cant eat 10 eggwhites in a day like I used to many years ago- I have a small alergy so 4 is my limit before I start bloating).
1x per week I have 1 dungenous crab leg - ummmmmm eeeeeek- ok so yup I cook them with 1/2 bottle of ultra beer
Rarely If needed I will cook white fish with like a DAB of coconut oil. -

Have a great day all and STAY STRONG and on the Path.

Planning to a successful round. Will be tough with Mother's Day and a number of birthday celebrations in our family this month, but I am keeping my eyes on the prize!

    Best of luck to everyone!
The KEY is to PLAN for those days. Make sure you do your meal prep. You can cut up pieces of celery for when you feel like snacking. Set yourself up for success. Oh, and post here often! I had my best rounds when I was ACTIVE on the group. Guess I treat it like a "12 step program" and you all are my "sponsor". When I feel like I'm going to 'slip', I would pop on here.

VLCD3: Today I woke up to a 1.2 loss. I forgot to post yesterday and I had a 1.4 loss. That brings me to a TOTAL LOSS of -2.6lbs. I'll take it. I didn't really gain much during my "load". As I said in my original post, I'm dealing with a very stressful situation and didn't really feel like loading but I did the best I could under the circumstances. I'm trying to get my thinking straight as well. I CANNOT allow the outside influences of my family's actions or what's happening in my world to rule me. I can't allow it to dictate my life. The CHOICE is always mine: I can either eat junk to 'comfort' me or I can eat healthy and make smart choices. I vote for the smart choices. Who's with me?

I decided to do my ticker using my goal for THIS round. Has anyone else done that or do you put your final weight goal? I get so confused going online and seeing what "they" say my ideal weight is, especially when there's like a 35lb spread. I'm 5"3, medium-ish frame, almost 49 yrs old and have given birth five times (IMO that should count! LOL) It says that I should weigh btwn 105-140. BIG difference there! I'm not really sure *what* my final 'goal weight' SHOULD be but for this round, I'm shooting to get to 150.0 making this round an 18.8 lb loss. So, that's what I'm going for. Would love some feedback.

I tried not to project a goal for each round. I just tried to see how far I could get each time. I was pretty aware that I had no control over that anyway, so it seemed counter-productive to try to hit some kind of arbitrary goal.

Making smart choices is a great way to proceed. Especially because if you happen to blow it, you have a new opportunity to make a smart choice in a couple of hours. That is very freeing.

I think you have to judge your final goal by how you look and feel. I found that I feel "right" at a way higher weight than I always thought was my ideal when I was younger. It also feels great to be in a normal size, and I'm buying smalls and mediums mostly now. My jeans are a 6. I'm in the normal BMI range now, but if I went by the weight charts, I could be trying to lose another 20-30 pounds.

If you go by someone else's idea of where you should be, you could end up at a goal weight that you can't easily maintain. There is wonderful peace and freedom when know you can eat enough and that you won't be gaining again.

Ahhhh thank you ladies! You have made me feel better this morning. I'm super hungry today and have a headache. I'm taking new edge tablets so I'm not sure how to adjust my dose. I know you can cut them. I guess I should wait and see being only VLCD3. Detox and adjustment.

I was a little hungry everyday except today (R1P2D5). I had to basically force myself to eat lunch. I didn't have a fruit this morning like I have done the past few days. There is hope!
and I felt pretty full from the Lunch I had. I hope you feel the same way soon! It makes everything so much easier!
