    Lala-I say do a long round! How much do you have to loose? I read back but couldn't find if you said. I'm torn on that one too. I'm driving across the country with my kids on June 12 and if I do 40 days I'm at June 11. Beginning of p3 on a road trip isn't ideal but what is? If I do 30 days I'd have some time to adjust....I don't know!

    Mama- you're right. It's never ideal. Life happens. There isn't a perfect time to do p2, p3, and p4. We all have a lot of events during those 9 to 13 weeks. 30 days for you may work better, but it surely would be nice to go the additional 10 days of fat loss, since you'll be on the road on p3 regardless of when you stop now. For me, I need to drop about 25 to 30 more pounds. If I continue on, then I can do just one more round to get off whatever is left. I'm not home, so I don't have my exact figures. I won't be able to weigh until Monday or Tuesday. I forgot my scale. It's sitting on my dresser. I planned on bringing it. Darn me!

    Mama and Lala - Thanks for the warm welcome

    Lala - I am also debating on the length of round I will do. I would like to keep it short but may extend it if need be.

    Mama - I would have loved to start loading this weekend but didn't get my order in until yesterday. I will have a better feel for when I will start as soon as I get tracking info on the package. Kicking myself that I didn't order sooner. I really wanted to be done with P2 by the time the kids are out of school for summer break.

    Morning all! I'm still hanging in there. Spent the morning working in my garden. I love working out there. It's very relaxing for me. I know, I'm a dork. LOL!

    lala, Thanks! I'm just going until my second bottle is gone. That usually ends up being around day 38 of VLCD for me. Grammy has said that to keep it off you should go at least 30 days. She says if people go less it's harder to maintain.

    I think the bottle will be used up before 30 days, so either way I will need to crack into the second bottle.

    I cheated yesterday. It was actually about 4 am. I was still awake after working over 18 hours. I ate an extra serving of protein. It was completely emotional eating ugh!!!

    Good morning- Boy do I have a lot to catch up on so will come back to respond to all of you.

    AFM- VLCD 11 and down 8 pounds net and 10 inches (I don’t include load weight). I got TOM this week and my hunger is a little bit too under control if you ask me because I have a very difficult time eating. I’ve had to do 2 Jay Robb shakes this week because I just needed protein. (Totally rogue!!!!) I’m only about 360 cal per day, not enough water, and not enough veggies. Need to get this squared away ASAP to finish out the remaining 13 days.

    At least Im tracking with prior rounds.

    I started typing comparison to last round and got heavy into P3 stuff..... I will save that for 13 days from now

    Lala: I didn’t lose more weight and last round had an issue stabilizing (I was traveling first days of P3- will NEVER do that again)- Oh yeah, I don’t know if I re-shaped, or lost more inches, but that is when I really saw a BIG change. In my case its totally true that you reshape in P3. – Read the boards on P3 as much as you can….lots of trial and error documented.
    Your loses will slow down and even stall or gain. 16.2 pounds is awesome! DO NOT let it get you down, its just apart of the process. Accept its going to happen. (in my opinion it’s a good thing) It was explained that when we stall or gain, our fat cells are filling up with water for the next “woosh” You had a good run of consistent “wooshes” - I wouldn’t be surprised at some point if you release a few pounds in the coming week or two. Tip: When surrounded by food, I drink ginger peach tea with a little stevia and I feel satisfied.

    Mama- Think positive- Stalls are good. Your fat cells are prepping to release fat! (This thought keeps me sane- lol)- Also do you have to work out? That for sure is causing stalls. Maybe hold off until P4 if you can and just do light exercise- walking?
    Also – IMHO I would do 30 days and stabilize at home. My last round I ended right before vacation and it was the toughest time I’ve had stabilizing. Even though you can get a cheeseburger on the road, what type of seasoning and cheese do they use? Ketchup- yeah has sugar, mayo, yeah has sugar, salad dressing, yeah has sugar! Eggs, maybe they use real eggs, BUT- do they cook it margarine oil crap? I would be able to control brands of what I buy and let my weight stabilize a little bit hitting the road which is what Im doing this time- watch, wont make a bit of difference I will be on here crying that I cant stabilize with my homemade dressing- LOL!!! I vote for the short round to make sure your somewhat stable- even though I agree with Grammy on longer rounds to stabilize..but what is the lesser of two evils?

    HCG Cheerleader: I gained a couple times last round too. I documented everything and found it was either from not enough water, too much water, stress, salt, I’m not stressing this time! Lol You will wake up and have like this 2 pound release watch
    To add to the P3 discussion- I started right out of the gate at 1500 calories the first day then went up to 1800 then eventually up to 2200 when I started exercising again. I filled my calories with Oils , butters, heavy cream, etc but just slowly added in eggs, cheese, nuts, etc. You have to do what works for you, but I would be VERY cautious about starting out that low in calories and not adding in Oil, butters, etc. until later in P3. But make sure they are from the purest form and not processed.

    Momof2-are you doing 24 days? Today is day 13 for me. I need to follow your lead and measure!

    Lala-I think that when you mess with not sleeping at night its hard to stay totally on. Of course you were hungry! An extra protein isn't the worst thing you could do so don't be hard on yourself!

    Thank you! I sure hope I am about to shed more pounds. :-)

    Well, my hcg is at work in the fridge. I usually take it about noon, but today will be closer to 2 pm.

    Today is my vlcd23. I've taken 21 injections (I skip once a week and two days for TOM). This is 25 days since I loaded and mixed the hcg solution.

    Question: How long do we use a bottle before it loses potency? Near the end of a bottle, do I increase the dosage due to this?

    Hey guys! I loaded Monday and Tuesday. Had no loss Wednesday and have lost about 4 pounds as of today. It seems like everyone loses more than that. I'm pretty good on calories, but need to increase the water. Any tips/suggestions?
