Loading was a success and I officially hate food May 2021 Loaders - May Bees. Today is VLCD 1 and I am ready to go!! So excited to watch the scale drop and feel energized and in control. Sounds weird but thatís what phase 2 does for me. Is there a may losers group yet? Iím going to do an endurance ride today which is 45 minutes while I still have a lot of fluff and I need the mental vacation. She always plays fabulous music! Need to go get fresh chicken and lean ground beef but Iíve got apples and veggies. Oh and I was 163 last week and today was 169.8 so I loaded like a pro!!

Leez, I'm thinking this is where I'll be able to reach you best? Anyway, I'll be going back to complete for a long round on the last two weeks of May. I remember after a PI another time, you mentioned for a long round should still do a skip day when going back to P2. That was on injections. On this particular round, I am going to finish the last 2 weeks on pellets--should I still skip a dose one day? I'm not sure you need to do that if on homeopathic? Thanks so much, hope you are having a wonderful spring!

Your suspicions are correct. You do not need to skip while on homeopathic hhcg.

Good day, Leez. I hope all is well with you. I hope you had a Happy Mother’s Day!

FYI...I posted the question below over in the Q&A, “Why haven’t I been successful on subsequent rounds“?

I just wanted you to know that I am preparing for Round 4. Leez, do you think that since I did better on the very low dose the last time, that I should start out on 100 iu’s instead of 125 iu’s? Or should I stick to the 125 iu’s, but make sure to get needle down into the muscle? Remember someone in a thread mentioned to you that they were not getting their needle into the muscle, which makes a big difference in making sure you get the effect of HCG?

Also, I have the Lipo-Mino-Mix B-12 and I am not sure how much to use? I didn’t receive any instructions from my doctor.

My medications that I am taking for hypothyroidism is Cytomel.

Jan 2021, Round 3, starting weight 208 lbs., last dosage weight 188 lbs.
Jun 2021, Round 4, starting weight 193 lbs.

Hi Flo ~ Sorry it took me so long to respond to this, I've been hanging out over on the May Lovely Losers page. Thank you for your post and reminder to take it one day at a time and that every round is different! I have had a few days where my weight has actually gone up, my last 3 days have been up .4, .3 and this morning down .1. I did wake up yesterday morning with a pretty bad kink in my neck which is still there today and I had shrimp on Saturday, but that's about it. I am going to trust the process though and stay away from seafood, my scale doesn's seem to like it! And ice and heat my neck/shoulder. Anyhow, I hope all is going good with you!

Hope your neck /shoulder is feeling better Phoebe! Unfortunately, upticks, stalls are just part of the process. Losses for women usually work out to about .5 per day to a little over, maybe--over the long haul. And that results in much better losses than conventional diets. Don't be discouraged, I often have upticks, annoying for sure, but losses level out in the end.

So Deanna Jane, have you decided to not start P2 on May 16th?
