Yes, you can purchase the cinnamon raisin Ezekiel 4:9 bread. That and the sesame crusted one are my two faves. Trader Joes has it in their bread section, usually for around $5. Most other stores will carry it in their freezer section and charge you $8 a loaf.

Food For Life company actually makes two different cinnamon raisin loaves. The 4:9 one is all flourless sprouted grains and lentils. The 7-grain one I never buy because one of the grains they use is corn (one of my allergens), so I'm not sure if it tastes any different or not.

Thanks Leez. But you don't eat the Ezekiel bread until P4, right? I like it and so does husband, but you have to eat it up pretty quickly. First time we purchased we didn't refrigerate and it spoiled quickly. It isn't P3 ok, is it?

P4 only. You keep in freezer then it never goes bad.

Each type of bread differs from the others in taste. I like whole grain and rye.

I've had a loaf in my freezer for many months. I just pull out a slice to defrost when I want one.

Not even going to purchase for weeks from now, might be tempting--I love raisin bread, and the richness, fiber (?), what do you call the fullness of Ezekiel bread, brown bread that makes it so satisfying , to me anyway. And putting in freezer and taking out a piece at a time makes sense--we would just keep in fridge.

For some reason not doing well here. I went up .2 this morning. I know that amount is virtually nothing, but it is discouraging nonetheless. I really believe I am at one of those weights that was a setpoint to me in the past. And my body wants to stay here. This is my 1st day without hcg, we'll see if tomorrow's weigh in will bring a little bit of wiggle room. I have not been cheating from regular hcg p2 protocol, except for the tiny bit of creamer in my coffee (it is sugar free, I know laden with chemicals--at my age, I need the preservatives, ha) which I decided to add after end of planned interruption (I found notes where I had done that while on protocol in 2010.) I have been working outside, and actually sat and read a book at pool a couple of days, for just a few hours, which has resulted in getting some sun. So I have been putting lots of lotions on, more than typically. I know Pearly Mae said it would not affect losses, but they seem to have stopped since I started that. Who knows? Our bodies are so finicky and can be so stubborn. We'll see what the next 2 weigh ins bring, during time hcg will be leaving my system. I feel no hunger this morning, that's good. I've already noted that I'm nervous about transition hours since I got so hungry one morning this week, and haven't ever felt that before on hcg. Knock on wood. Anyway, will post be it good or bad, hope everyone else has a good morning and happy weigh in. It's a holiday weekend here, hope everyone has a good one planned. Will check in later!

Just a quick note Dubbs, you’ve done fantastic overall, try not to sweat sweat the .2 and other bounce back. These things happen even when you’ve done nothing wrong.

Thanks so much for your encouraging words, JGD, and you are absolutely correct. These things do happen. We have all put in a lot of hard work this year, and should be proud. The maintenance phase begins for me now, so will be joining y0u in P3 on Sunday. It's all good! Thanks again,
