May 2022 Loaders - Shrinking Violets

Hi Lovely May Loaders!

Today and tomorrow is my Loading Day(s). I start R2 on Monday. Trying to Load as Clean as possible.

Still P4 checking in. Eating too many calories and creeping up. Today i weighed both scales. One is 2 lbs over LIW the other 2-2 I do not plan a steak day as my weight seems to fluctuate over and slightly under LIW. Trying to hold on till after Memorial Day when i plan a new round. I orig thought i would be home for a month for second round but booked two more events end of June out of town, if i dont do round two in June i will do after July 4. I will be home till August so that might work better. Having cataract surgery for left eye July 19 and right eye end of November. Hopefully it will help my vision, Dr said i have big cataracts so understand why vision not great. Still able to paint tho. Lol

P4 today 150.8 so up 1.4 over LIW Didnt do steak day as weight seems to level out, Hoping just to maintain this range before i go for a second round to get rid of 10 more lbs I do not see any posting last cpl of days but wishing you all well.

R1P2 day 3! Lost ~3 lbs. Struggling with hunger today but hopeful and ready to move forward.

Thats a nice loss! Gotta be encouraging.

Hang in there. If today is not better on the hunger, we'll start talking about adjusting your dose.

Try some hot tea. Sometimes we feel hungry when what we actually are is thirsty. And a hot drink has to be sipped slowly, so just taking that time to drink it can often resolve mild hunger.

Hi Everyone,

I am on R2 P2 D10 and down a total of 10 lbs. I am doing a 40 Day Round. So, I am losing steadily.

Hope all the May Shrinking Violets are doing well and seeing that Scale go down!

TWise, how are your losses this round on the pre-mixed formula compared to your first round?

I think the rate of weight loss is about the same (once I adjusted my dosage from the local clinic).

So far, I have had no problems with Dosage, Hunger etc...

The Local Clinic had my dosage way too high and the first few days I had insatiable hunger, headache etc.. until I found this Forum and adjusted my Dosage.

Diet Doc hit the dosage just right. I am very pleased with Diet Doc

Day 10! Lost ~6 lbs so far. @Leez, I'm wondering now though if I might need a dose change? I was doing okay on the 150iu but I've noticed I'm pretty hungry in the mornings, even after having some fruit. Not ravenous, and I can ignore it, but it certainly is obviously there. Should I do a skip day or this type of hunger normal? Once I have lunch I'm usually fine for the rest of the day, with a little bit of hunger at dinner time.

Hunger that happens at regular meal times is normal. Hunger that doesn't go away after you eat is not normal.

It sounds like you may need a dose change, as 6 pounds is a bit low for the first 10 days. And poor losses can be from a non optimum dose as well.

Skip tomorrow and report back how your hunger is at around 4pm (assuming you take your injection in the morning). We'll assess and go from there.

Technically I guess it was p2d8 (now 9) if we don't count the 2 loading days? Not sure. But woke up this morning to a measly .2 loss, yesterday was also another small .4 loss. A bit disheartening but I'll report back after 4 when the skip is complete.
