Hey @Leez! Skip day was great. I somehow started this morning without any hunger (idk whats going on with my body) which was great. I didn't get hungry around lunch but ate anyways, and started to get a little hungry around 5pm. I had dinner at 6 and ao far seem to be fine (it's 8pm here now). Meant to check in sooner but life *aka kids.*Does this mean I'd benefit from lowering?
Btw, I'm counting it from the first day of p1. I didn't gain during p1, I lost maybe .2, I just figured it was a little water weight.
