    May 2023 Loaders - Mayniacs

Welcome May loaders, this thread is for you!

Anyone on their HCG journey can use this thread as they like--to plan, share questions and concerns, get and give support and encouragement, or just post for personal accountability--it's all good!

I'll be around to cheer you on, answer any questions and offer my thoughts based on the original protocol. Theres daily banter and excellent support in the Lovely Losers thread, and you are welcome to post both threads. But if you have an issue that you want some specific coaching for, this thread can provide a more focused discussion.

This month's group name, Mayniacs, is just for fun. But we could make it mean something by reminding ourselves that success comes when we keep the "main thing" the main thing. ^_^ And for those emarking on an HCG round...the main thing is to stay steady on the protocol. If we do that, we know we will have success.

All the best in your upcoming round!

I am on the road. Finished a better than expected show so that aspect was successful. Afm have had difficulty sleeping past 4 am. The show had long hrs snd we ate late at night (which prob interfered with my sleep ) and I am up 3.6 lbs over Liw. Eating noodles and PF Chang delivery at 10 pm no help. My husband I shared and he loves their Singapore street noodles. I am happy I brought my scale. Gonna try to nip it in the bud. P3 for a week or so. I had only done a very short round this year so I do believe 28 days for me should be minimum. I did 23. But hope by the time I get home in a week I will get to LIW. Always planned another round this year in July but I don’t want to relose the few lbs I lost in March. Good lesson here. Not discouraged. Just gonna be more mindful.

Those weighins after a late night dinner don't really mean much. Your body just isn't done processing the food and balanced your liquids yet. I'm sure you'll see happier numbers as you go through this coming week.

    Congrats on a successful show.

    Welcome slimshady,

It IS exciting to get started, isn't it? I think part of that is that we KNOW this is going to work if we just follow the plan. You don't really have that kind of assurance with other weight loss methods.

2015...wow. I remember the forums were really fast moving then. Not so much now. But there is a core of members that regularly check in. Maybe you'll remember some of them. They post mostly on the Lovely Losers monthly thread.

PearlyMae does 2.0 and maybe a couple others that are posting currently. They'll be happy to see you pop in. That's the only other active thread right now.

There is a forum where you can start any kind of support group thread you like. I can't check what the permissions are for that section, but I think any member can start a thread there. If you can't, let me know, and I'll move the accountability topic you started in the P2 section there.

    https://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums/f37/

Sorry there aren't more P2'ers to chat with in this thread.

I'm a little late to this party, lol, but I wanted to peek in and say hi. I have been in an out over the years-- back in now. I am on day 14 of P2 and down 9lbs so far with a lot more than that to go. I am doing Intermountain drops this go around, which I really like, and have finally found the sweet spot where I am not starving, which is making this a lot easier than it has been in attempts past. Anyway, just wanted to say hi and wish us all good luck!

P2 can have some ups and downs for sure. It helped me to just promise myself I would finish today and then I would decide tomorrow whether to continue or not. By the next day, I was usually more rational about what was discouraging me.
