    Rose,

I wanted to tell you, I showed the photo of your artwork with my oldest daughter (who lives outside of Philly and is also an artist), and she loves them all just as much as I do!! I wish I was out west; I would definitely want to get at least two of those, and maybe more!

I know exactly where that is! I worked downtown at the BCBS building at 19th and Market. I lived up there when I first married in the late 90's, then moved out to Lancaster County for 10 years before coming back home to GA.

    P2D28: no loss 138 for the last 6 weigh-ins.

I have one injection left, but today marks the 30th injection. So, since there is always hope for a whoosh, I will decide tomorrow morning whether to go one more day or start the transition to P3. I will be done with P3 before I leave for my trip either way.

P2D29: no loss. calling it done.
    LIW: 138

Just could not overcome that 138 setpoint. From day 14 to the end only lost 2 pounds. At least I made it TO the set point.

I can definitely see those 3 pounds that didn't get lost....they are settled right in my upper torso like a little meatloaf. ^_^
two more days of transition and then into P3. Looking forward to avocados and bacon.

I hate that, Leez, but maybe P3 with bring the other 3 pounds and some re-shaping.

P2D20: down .2- 192. not much, but still the right direction. I also rebounded late in the day yesterday since I was running around with and for my mom all day. And I ended up getting worked in for a last minute appointment at the health department yesterday. Apparently they have a program through the state to provide breast and cervical cancer screening, so I am now scheduled for my first 3D mammogram on the 30th. Not looking forward to it since I've never had one before, but it's the next hoop I have to jump through to get the estrogen started.

I wasn't thinking about it going in, but they did a routine pregnancy test as part of the screening since I haven't made it completely to menopause yet. It hit me in the middle that taking hcg could throw a false positive, so I had to let the nurse know. It didn't, which got me wondering if hhcg shows up the same as injections on a pregnancy test. I know in the past, I've had physical manifestations that implied potency, but I haven't had any of that this time. I may just be over-thinking it. It wouldn't be the first time!

Yes, have to admit I'm a bit bummed at such a low number for a 30 day round. But trying to trust the process. I don't historically lose in P3, but there is always a first time. ^_^

JennyV, hhcg will not show up on a pregnancy test. RX HCG might, but not always.

Good that your plan is progressing.

leez. i know how you feel about not getting past a certain point but congrats on getting to 138. That’s a pretty good set point in my book snd you are taller so definitely much slimmer. You will prob drop a lbs or two once you get to end of p3. going two weeks for 2 lbs must be frustrating. i think i only have tolerance for super short rounds 23 injections ..maybe 25 max i am mostly staying p3 but had sweet potatoes cpl of days ago no scale while traveling. i’m just going to weigh next week when i return.

Mmmm. Sweet potatoes. I'm surprised I really haven't had any cravings this time. That is usually something that hits somewhere between week 2-3, and I end up cheating a little. I've picked up take-out for my parents multiple times and had to smell it in the car and still had no desire for it. Crazy... but good! I wondered if I would be able to get past a short round with all the bumps earlier, but I am gonna try and stick it out for a bit longer since I'm actually seeing losses right now. Slow and steady wins the race. If I start stalling or wanting to cheat, I may re-evaluate.

Leez, the smaller loss during P2 was a new thing, so maybe losing a couple of pounds during P3/P4 could definitely be a new thing this time, too. I have to believe it'll all work out.

Finally- P2D21: down .6. 191.4. I keep waiting on a whoosh day, but as long as I am going down every day, I'm not going to complain!

Yay Jenny....yes, going down a bit each day even if its a small amount is very motivating. I'm glad you are finally in a rhythm.

@rose: I'm not unhappy with the number (actually pretty happy to be anywhere in the 130's), but what I am unhappy with is that I don't look the same at this number as I did less than 3 years ago. But there is still P3 and I'm getting in stretching/toning workouts most days, so I'm hoping that will shift some of this torso bloat that still remains.

I love sweet potatoes. Especially as air fryer fries. But I also love them when they are baked and creamy.

....can't get ahead of myself though....one more day of transition before P3!
