Pearl, I'm trying. But like you, I have a hard time doing long rounds now-- I used to prefer them, but my overall health is such that it becomes a strain now if I go too long. I'm getting frustrated and I feel like I am suffering for nothing since the scale either isn't moving or it's going in the wrong direction. And I'm getting a little diet weary. Hopefully a break can re-energize me and get things back on track.

P2D28: back down .2. 189.4. I'm holding pretty steady at 10lbs lost at this point. Today is my last day before transitioning to a 2 week PI. Hopefully I will feel more like finishing then.

Today is mammogram day. Not looking forward to it, but looking forward to getting what I need once it's done!

P3D7: Ended up doing a modified steak day yesterday and am back in my window, but not quite back to LIW. Glad I did it, I wasn't particularly hungry yesterday, so it worked out well.

I thought I would try a cami-shaper to tame my torso side bulges which would have expanded my wardrobe a bit, but though it made everything firmer, they are still there just smaller. So that was a fail. If I'm going to be squished, there needs to be some payoff. ^_^

Hey Leez, maybe try crunches where you bend your knees to left and crunch, then switch to bending to the right - that tightens the obliques and may smooth those bulges.

3D Mammogram was nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be. Already have results back-- all good. So next up, adding in estradiol. Two more days of eating P2. Already thinking about what I want to eat the next two weeks on P3. Already have guacamole and cauliflower pizza on the brain. Not together. Although, mexican pizza on cauliflower crusts might be good!

I'm always excited about the first P3 breakfast. I always plan that meal..the rest I just let happen according to supplies and what sounds good.

This time I had poached eggs, bacon, avocado and a few grape tomatos. So yum!

Tonight was air fryer wings and mashed cauliflower to finish leftovers. Tomorrow will be a cooking day and I think I will make green beans and chicken livers.

First transition day for 2 wk PI: up .4. 189.8. Still right at that 10lb lost mark, but I can tell I'm getting closer to my period from the aches and swelling/water retention. On the flip side, I am wearing last summer's jeans today and keep having to pull them up!
