P2D10-- down .4 to 194.7. Really .5, but the scale gremlins are determined to round me up. It wouldn't be so frustrating if it rounded up consistently instead of only sometimes! Ok-- it would probably would. Going back into hiding now, but wishing you all a very Happy Mother's Day!

Happy mom day to those who qualify...you know who you are! ^_^

P2D19 for me and no weigh in because I get up too early on Sunday. Still on the upside of half a pound a day loss for a few more days. Hopefully I'll get some scale movement before then.

P2D20: no loss. 139. [total loss so far: 10]

A week ago, I was 140, so even though I had a loss in between, it still feels like I'm standing still.

Looking at the positive signs that I'm "making progress" -- I've had to get a smaller bra size (yay!) and jeans are feeling looser. I comfortably wore a dress to church that was too tight when 5 pounds higher last summer. 5 pounds shouldn't have made that much of a difference, but it has.

I have this feeling that I may not break through my 138 set point this round. We'll see how it goes. About 10 days left. No hunger, sleeping & elimination ok, and food aversion hasn't set in yet, so those are all good things.

Thanks rose, yes...I have to keep remembering how far I've already come. I got spoiled with my last round which had steady losses.

P2D21: no change. 139. Officially in a stall now. Pretty sure its that old setpoint at work.

It may take getting to day 28 to get a whoosh. I guess I should look at this as character building. *soldiers on...*

P2D22: no loss today. Total loss: 10pounds.

I'm dropping my dose, because I'm close to goal and have traditionally had to lower dose near the end of my rounds. I didn't lower dose last round, because I was having both no hunger and steady losses.

We'll see how it goes. I can always go back up again.

Hey y'all. Hope everyone is well. Glad to see all the chipping away, even if it is slow going.

Rough week and I just didn't feel like talking. My period ended up lasting 8 days, with weight gain of over 4 lbs. Today is P2D15-- I am finally back to 194.9 this morning and feeling a little more stable. I'm at a loss as to how to navigate perimenopause and all the hormone fluctuations and stubborn pounds. And I definitely had a couple of days in the middle of the week where I was losing hope that I will ever go back down on the scale since every time I blink, I'm packing it on. Some of that may be from still working out the kinks with HRT. And a lot is likely stress, which I have to find a way to carry... somewhere besides my mid-section!

Thankfully, I have 1/3 bottle plus a full one of hhcg left. Hopefully I can push through another 3-4 weeks and see some better losses.

Hunger-wise, I've been mostly ok. I got a tiny bit hungry last night, but I also stayed up too late. Otherwise, I haven't really had any cravings or other issues. I had a day or two in the middle of diet weariness, but that seems to be better now that my period has finally passed.

Navigating the hormone storms can be so frustrating. And especially during P2 when you are doing everything you know how to see the scale go down, not up.

I suspect you are right that your body is still adjusting to the HRT. It adds another complication to the already complicated hormone interactions.

Glad to hear you are on the upside again. Try not to get discouraged that you are not further along in the round. Your losses could quickly catch up and start to accelerate now that you've gotten through the period turmoil.

    AFM:
P2D24: no loss. 138. My strongest setpoint. Total loss for the round so far: 11 pounds

I will just have to settle in and go for it. About a week left, so kind of bad timing to get here so late in the round. If I get 3 more pounds, I'll be ecstatic, because it will give me the .5/day average loss. But I also have to mentally prepare myself to go through the rest of the round with no losses, and just trust that doing the 30 days means I'm making a deposit into a smooth stabilization.
