    8 more days before I am finally, finally in P3. Hoping for some more losses beforehand, 2 kilos would be nice... we shall see. I am looking forward to experimenting with coconut oil and my new slow cooker, eating ground beef again (that didn't agree with my in P2), trying almond and coconut milk for my coffee, trying some lamb, and generally having fun with paleo....

    I spent all day yesterday at Six Flags. I'm in P3 but I was bad. I had some fries and some ice cream. I also guzzled water all day. We got home from atlanta late this afternoon and I hopped on the scale and I low and behold it showed about a one pound loss midday. Woooohoooo! I started my drops back today too so I can do another short round. It would be nice to get to 165 this time, but 170 is probably more realistic.

    How's everyone doing? Losing/maintaining nicely I hope.

    I was a bit bad yesterday - I hadn't prepared/bought anything for breakfast so I ate a cold cooked sausage from the fridge (which I suspect has grain/rusk in it), then ate one tiny potato from the salad bar at lunch time (it was minute - about the size of a grape!), but then in the evening we had take-away curry and although I didn't eat the rice or naan bread, I had 3 different kinds of dish and one was chili paneer which is lovely but I suspect coated in some kind of flour before being fried. Oh and then my daughter offered me one of her birthday chocs and I had it.

    So up about 1 lb today from where I have been hovering around. I'm not doing a steak day - I'll just eat properly today (no cheating) and see if I can get back in the zone again.

    I should be in P4 from next Wednesday but I think I will be adding carbs very slowly and definitely no chocs!

    Where is everyone these days?

    I started P4 on Wednesday and it is going OK so far but I did eat a small piece of quiche earlier at work (I've got no willpower!) and felt a bit weird about an hour later so perhaps it was the flour in the pastry (I'm pretty sure everything else they make quiche with is OK).

    So anyway - feeling a bit guilty really but we'll see what the scales say in the morning.

    I got over my gain the other day by eating well over the weekend and I've been fine since (was 180.2 this morning ) so I mustn't let temptation conquer this weekend coming

    Hope you're all well and losing/stabilizing/maintaining.

    Sooooooo...yesterday was my last shot. I cheated and yo-yoed so much over the last few weeks that I'm unsure how I'm ever going to stabilize with my phase 3 transition, but honestly, given my rogue ways it may very well be easier than I imagine, I've been using coconut oil, feta, avocado as well as eating probably double the allowed protein for the past couple of weeks anyway. We'll see. I had a major cheat over the weekend, went out for dinner and ate a chocolate mousse the size of my head and drank a huge latte, it put me up only half a pound which I have well gotten rid of by this stage, however it DID cause me unbelievable pain for two days, sigh, goodbye dairy, I really will miss you My leather pants are now swimming on me, which is a bittersweet victory, on the plus side: the fabled red leopard print jeans are a perfect fit and I can't wait to slip into those babies when I go see The Cult on Saturday night \m/ I know everyone has moved on from here, I just wanted to give a wee update. I hope all you guys are hanging in there and kicking butt <3
