    Hi everyone.....I would like to join in for some support and help me to be accountable. I started HCG in 2011, and did another round early 2012...I maintained over the summer then I'm ashamed to say I gained it all back. I swore to myself I wasn't going to do that but instead of beating myself up I would like to get back on the wagon and stay on! Everyone seems very supportive here and I really need support. I loaded over Easter weekend and I'm on vlcd 4 today. Its coming off slow but TOM is due and I was eating pickles so I'm thinking I'm retaining some water.

    RARP, I use my Vitamix everyday.....I love it. I tend to be a little rogue on this diet so I use unsweeted vanilla almond milk and frozen strawberries with stevia...so good.

    Leenn, I do the same in restaurants......restaurants are scarey.

    Shannon, Your losses are impressive............Please share some tips and tricks.

    I haven't weighed in yet today....waiting for my coffee to kick in if you know what I mean.

    RARP it is totally normal to lose weight on your load days! I didn't gain a single ounce my first round of loading and have a friend who lost 9 lb on her 2 loading days. Now bring on those first week big losses!

    Like PKTECH said if you have questions please post them and don't be afraid to ask for help many of us have been down this road before and you will find that there is a ton of knowledge on this forum to be used towards helping you have a successful round. No questions is a dumb question! Also if you give in a cheat dont' beat yourself up! Pick yourself back up dust yourself off and get back on board and push on! No one is going to scold you or beat you up for it and I would hope we all rally to help them get past it and keep going!

    So looking forward to getting this last round started!!!

    Lee you should always weigh as soon as you get out of bed and empty your bladder, waiting till after you have had coffee is not going to give you an accurate weight for the day.

    Thank you My best advice is to follow Dr Simeons protocol to the T and all the phases to the T and you will have great success and keep it off! That is what I did with my first 2 rounds and kept every ounce of it off but round 3 I sabotaged myself day 3 and 4 of P3 with sugar and starch and it ruined every bit of my hard work from round 3 and the weight will not stay off. I am also a strong believer in the longer the round you do the better stabilization you will have.

    Drink your water, get plenty of sleep, get as close to your 500 calories as possible with the allowable foods and watch those lbs and inches fall off

    Maggiep did you take HCG on your load days? reading previous posts it sounds like you will start taking it on your 1st VLCD day...unfortunatlly you need to start on your first load day.. I think it will be hard for you with hunger...as it takes a few days to get the HCG into your system...But I'd ake beth or Grammy as they are the ones I trust to know the most. Hopefully I misunderstood your post.

    AKThomp - Did you do Round 1 with a patch? Just wondering if you did something different, how the patch is in comparison. I am on VLCD1 today. Good luck on this round!

    Just checking in, sorry if i dont always do personals,rushed in the mornings. I did read through the posts tho and im excited to have company in this last round, since my sister is no longer doing hcg with me .
    AFM VLCD1 today.weight after two load days is 133.6 ackkk not happy about that!! Cant wait till tommorow to see that loss that only hcg can do for me though!!

    Lee J A - Just made a liquid lunch using my vitamix - PlantFusion protein powder, 3 cups spinach, granny smith apple & water - actually tastes good! Not sure how filling it will be but it makes about 3 cups that I can take my time drinking so we'll see.

    Hello to April starters!

    Hi Everyone. Hope you don’t mind me joining your thread. (It looks like a super good one!)
    I lost on my first HCG diet in Nov 2010. Gained a little back. Tried it again. Failed quickly. My weight has crept back up where it was to begin with back in Nov 2010.. I hope I have the resolve to stick with it this time! I gained only .8 during the loading. From my pre-load weight, after VLCD 1, I am down 2.4. Not a bad start Good luck to everyone.

    RARP Are you a vegitarian? Is that why you are using protein powder instead of real protein?

    Welcome Knickells and congrats on your super first day loss!! I love week 1 losses especially when you hardly gain when loading!

    Thanks Shannon! Looks like you have had tremendous success with HCG! That is awesome! I have to get back to my creative meal planning. It's been 2 1/2 years!

    Shannon, I totally agree with your advice. I have lost 125lbs in 2 years and maintained it for a year. It is so important to follow this protocol to a T! HCG works and Phase 3 is just as important to success as P2. I have lost 3.2 lbs on VLCD3 total of 8 due to lbs gained on load days

    Congrats to you on loosing 125 lbs, that is so awesome an Woohoo on the nice losses so far! I can't wait to start loosing next week too! Girl count all those lost lbs even the load lbs you lost! 8 lbs in 3 days is freaking awesome!
