    April 2017 Loaders - Spring Shrinkers

    Hi there all those planning a round in April 2017!

    This is your thread to gather together, compare plans and notes, share concerns and questions, and generally support one another. Share recipes, tips, challenges and find your people! You can become a group, or use this thread as a landing place until you get your bearings. It's up to you.

    I'll be around to help with questions and such, but sometimes the most meaningful support comes from those going through the same thing you are. All the best for a great round, everyone.

    I started Round 2 and VLCD on the 24th. Lost one pound so far........I'm hoping for a nice drop tomorrow morning. I ate very clean and healthy on phases 3 & 4 so I think that's why I didn't drop a lot right away. No water weight to lose.

    Breakfast, coffee and a few strawberries
    Lunch, Chicken lettuce wraps
    Dinner, Beef lettuce wraps
    Snack, strawberries

    As you can see, I'm all about cooking up my portion of protein and rolling it up in lettuce leaves. Whatever kind of protein I am eating, I just season it heavily so it's nice and spicy. I find it a nice combo with the cold lettuce leaves.

    Did you guys load for 2 or 3 days. My doctor had me do 3 days last time.

    Hi Ladies my supplies are on a Fed-Ex truck as we speak and I'm hostage in my house until they arrive. I look forward to being on the VLCD because I always feel amazing and love the results. I have a trip to Mexico planned on the 20th so a PI is a must but I will go right back into P2 on the 25th. I feel like I have been loading for months now :-)
    I tend to drop well with steak in the evenings. I am heading to the store later for veggies and meat. Looking forward to seeing everyone's progress!

    I got my shipment yesterday and injected at 4pm to get the show on the road. I felt nasty from loading. I weighed myself today and was prepared for the shock as I weigh more than I did when I gave birth 😳 I have just let myself go and I can't stand it. I have a lofty goal of losing 50 so it will take a couple of rounds and for me, carbs will have to be on the no list or very occasional.
    Five years ago after my divorce I was 130 lbs... I just gave up and blamed it on being over 40 now. Excuses are doing me no favors so I am grateful to be on this journey again and look forward to getting to know you ladies and supporting each other.
