Leez, hunger was the same as all day, even after 4pm. No different, never not hungry.

Since your hunger was better today, it seems you do need to reduce further. You can try 100iu tomorrow. Since you are not skipping, it will take a couple days to fully kick in, but hunger should continue to lessen as you go on.

Having to reduce to 100iu has been pretty common over the past year or two. My two previous rounds finished out at 100iu with no hunger and normal (for me) losses. You just don't want to go lower than 80iu.

If that is the ingredient list from the bottle you plan to use, that is a good hhcg product.

I mention the bottle in your hand, because hhcg sites are notorious for changing their formulas, but not updating their websites to reflect the changes.

Hey Leez, yes it's from one of my old bottles. Thanks!

My fluid situation is still very "fluid". I was down 3.6 two days ago, up 2 yesterday, down 4.6 today. My example is more extreme than most, but the number on the scale is just a number. In almost every case, following the protocol works, so there is no need to stress over a jump on the scale. Yes, it is a good time to ****yze if there was something we need to adjust or re-examine (are our portion sizes accurate?). But the fat loss process involves fluid movement, and that will result in some weird movement on the scale.

VLCD 8, so after a full week on the low calorie diet, I have lost 9 pounds, including 4.4 lbs loading weight. This is my slowest start ever, but I went up 4 more pounds the first 2 days after starting the VLCD. Some of it was probably a delayed reaction to the big dinner out, and some of it fluid weight.

I will do my measurements later today. I wish I had taken some last round, because it is such a good way to see progress beyond the number on the scale...so easy to focus on that one number! Especially in week 3, when I tend to stall or gain for the week! Let's all celebrate the non-scale victories along the way.

Good morning! VLCD 3 for me and down 4.8, thank goodness! I always start off worried it won't work But I had major anxiety Monday, a little yesterday and it's calming down today. I definitely get worried about the judgement from other people so I keep it to myself. I don't think I would feel THIS GOOD without the hcg!

Finally a little sunshine here in the midwest! I hope everyone has a great losing day!

How is everyone doing? I see some of you on the "Lovely Loser" forum, but just wanted to check in over here. I am still struggling. Fell off track, but doing well again with the protocol, but the worse-than-usual headache is still there, and I strongly suspect it is related to the fluid balance issue. The doctor disagrees, because my labs were normal, but my chronic headache got worse, and changed 1 day after the fluid retention ballooned... I asked him to order RBC levels, but he declined. I know something is off, but I'm not sure what, and need good labs to know what to change. I am on 3 types of magnesium, rx potassium and a high sodium diet due to my weird genetics.

My weight is slightly back below where it was when I went off protocol, and has stalled for today. Tomorrow is my 16 hour work day, and we may hit the ER/urgent care for a shot or something if my migraine returns during the day (likely with caring for the baby for 9 hours without a break.)

I will post again on Tuesday. Hope everyone gets a chance to check in! I enjoy hearing about your progress...

Leez, I know you have gone over this a million times but I can't seem to find it! Whats the deal with skip day hunger? Today is my skip day and wondering what I need to pay attention to after 4pm. Ive been a little hungry at a dose of 115ius and I skipped today, no hunger so far. After 4 if I am hungry or not, do I go up or down? Whats the rule? Thanks!!!

I'm sorry you're struggling, t1ghtwad. Working those long hours and taking care of the baby takes its toll I'm sure. I know on the weekends I don't lose as much because I can't get my water in running around after 3 little ones myself. During those days, I have a fruit for breakfast and egg whites. I think it helps me.

I got my new drops yesterday without b12 and feeling better! GFC said they had heard that before regarding the b12 and were nice enough to send me new drops very quickly. I really didn't want to ruin this round - VLCD 9 and down 10.8 lbs! I think this is the lowest I have been in a while and "new" weight is hopefully coming off soon. Hope everyone has a good losing day!

Hi everyone! I'm hoping to start loading on Friday 4/20 if all goes well. FedEx seems to have lost my HCG package, but I hope they find it by tomorrow. I'm looking forward to round 2 and losing more weight. I did really well in round 1. I lost 30 lbs on a 40 day round. Feels really good to have that weight off of me. This time I'm planning to to a 26 day round and I'm going to try to do a clean load with lots of healthy fats instead of all the sugar I ate loading for the first round. Good luck to everyone here!
