I always have a few days like this eating same thing. I have one more week to go to finish and then 72 hr more. I would love to see a 4 lb drop before P3 . Very optimistic goal but that is what i hope for. I dont intend to go longer than 30 days with all this covid stuff It will get me close to my goal and my stomach has finally flattened out and at 77 that is a good thing

My average is still around .5 lb per day no matter what except slightly higher losses in 2011 when i weighed over 200 lbs (206) Glad i never saw that number the past 9 years.

I have had to add some salt to my diet and cut down on my water. Have had some urine retention and clear urine and from what i read it is low blood sodium that causes weakness.
You are doing great! Your weight loss, determination and continuing weight loss is motivational for me!

Glad you got a loss today, Rose. If you do an interruption longer than 14 days, you have to reload, which takes two of your remaining dose days. The total dose days can't add up to more than 40 over all.

However, if your break is 14 days or less, you don't have to reload, so if you complete, let's say 28 days now, you could transition to P3, stay there for 14 days then start right back in for 12 more days of P2.
At goal since 2015. \(ᵔᴥᵔ)/ Total HCG loss: 77# [5'5" 210-133] Maintenance strategies overview
Please note that any suggestions I make are based on the Original Protocol.

When you say 28 days donyou mean 28 injection days or 28 days vlcd? Then i wait 72 hrs go to P3 then 14 days P3?? If i do it i want to do it right..just trying to wrap my head around this before i decide I never did a PI but think this sounds like a good option rather than trying to do another whole round. I do not want to risk immunity because truly his is the only program that really gets me going in the right direction. When i was over 200# i did 42 day rounds twice... 6;weeks

Iíd like this same information. Iíve taken 25 shots due because Iíve skipped every Friday aside from my initial dose and today is VLCD 25. Today is day 29 on the protocol and my skip day. If I wait 72 hours from yesterdayís injections, do I still have 15 days to finish off if I take a PI for 2 weeks or less?

Injection days. Yes, you transition and then you start counting the interruption. If you transition after 28 dose days, you will then have 12 dose days left to finish your round after the interruption, although you could do less than that.

You count dose days for figuring minimum or maximum doses for a round. So the loading days are always counted. Skip days do not count. Transition days for an interruption do not count.

That is why the 3-week round (the shortest) is 23 days: 2 loading days plus 21 VLC days.

That is also why you can stretch a round way past 40 days by doing skip days, stopping for your period, and doing an interruption.

You can start your interruption by transitioning any time after your 23rd injection. Stay on P2 during the 72 hour transition, then start counting your interruption. It can last up to 14 days before you jump back into P2 again without needing another load. The other rule of the interruption is that you have to be on it at least 4 days.

    So for Savannah,
If I wait 72 hours from yesterday’s injections, do I still have 15 days to finish of if I take a PI for 2 weeks or less?

Good Afternoon everyone. I started yesterday with injections and ate lots of fat and am down .4 today... so more fats today. Planning on 30 days of injections. I'm excited and since I'm trapped at home, not like I'm having any fast food temptations lol. Hope you're all doing well.
Starting new in 2020-somewhere around 190lbs. We will see when I get the meds where I start.

*Have done several rounds in the past with success. R1 2019

You're off to a great start. I admire everyone that is making the best of this weird social time.

That is a good point, that the upside is the lack of the normal temptations.

Sounds like a good plan. I hope you have a successful interruption. Some people say they get better losses than normal after an interruption, others don't see any difference. Don't plan on losing anything during the interruption, you will likely stay the same or gain just a little. But any gains should come off after the first P2 day following the interruption.

Also, interruption eating is a little different than P3 in that you are not trying to ramp up calories quickly. You eat P3 style, but basically just need to increase to about 800 with some fattier proteins. You can eat more, but you don't have to.

Thx for extra info. Good to know. Have been rethinking my plans. I believe i will just make a new batch hcg and continue on to the 40 shot day My concern is breaking the vlcd for week or two might stop my momentum. I might end up not going back and i would like to finish closer to my goal I have 8 more lbs to go and monday will be my day 30 shot Because it is easy once i am started i am inclined to go the 40 days now.
