    rose, it always amazes me that you continue to lose a little in P3. I've And I'm sure that does wonders for living in positivity. ^_^

    It amazes me too. Doesnt fall off quickly but every little .2 adds up. I know that i am not supposed to go under 2 lbs during P3 so Will watch it. I think even if i get 3 lbs under at end of three weeks it is prob not a deal breaker but i do try to keep that window open,

    I agree its not a big deal to lose some in P3. When it starts to get into the 5-10 pound range, then it could cause you problems later, but going a couple pounds below your window is fine from everything I've observed.

    Today continuing down -.8 142.6 lbs added a little more fat ...olive oil on salad greens tonight and delimeat with slice of white cheddar. Almost up to 1000 cal this week. Usually very hungry when i make it to P3 but this time not so much, next week will try to up my calories more if i can

    Day 7 P3 142.6 still -1.6 from liw Yesterday up .4 and back down this morning. Par for the course as i continue to increase protein and fats in my diet Still need to increase more calories each day ...

    Just checking in to stay accountable. 142.6 Caloric intake varies but about 950 to 1150 Depending on fats, but my diet consists mainly of berries, veggies, salad greensv, fish, bacon or sausage snd turkey deli meat Very satisfying eating
