You can take most supplements during P2 if you wish, however, nutrients stored in your fat cells will be released as the fat is burned off. The supplements you would want to discontinue during P2 would be ones that contain sugar or oils in any quantity. The tiny little vitamin D3 capsules will not be an issue, but something like those giant fish oil capsules would. The rice or starch fillers in some supplements are no problem because they are tiny amounts and a bit of starch is part of the protocol anyway.
If you are taking fiber supplements, switch to magnesium and vitaminC. The powdered prebiotics may be fine. Depends on the ingredients. If you want to list them, I can comment.
