I would like to weigh in that I am a fan of longer rounds and PI. I think after a PI I get drops like week one, and it gives me a chance to practice maintaining--with some fun foods thrown in to have cleaner days and fun days...
In terms of the "should" weights my opinion, (opinion free as Dubbles says) is that it depends not only on age but also bone size. Those weight charts were calculated for medium bone people. I have very small bones, my BF has large bones, and one friend who is mixed race has denser heavier bones. So it is important to look at the weight that is right for you, not the "should" weight.
AFM: my doctor made a simple adjustment on my thyroid dose. I hope that helps with my losses! It's P2 D6 and I am only down 6.5 pounds. No weight loss yesterday but .8 lost today. Interestingly, I found an old XL graph of a previous round 7/2020 where I started at the same weight, and my losses so far have been the same! Maybe I can do better than my previous numbers??? Fingers crossed!
Leez, I accidentally had some tea from a tea bag that had stevia in it! I just used the tea bag and water! IT was Good Earth sweet and spicy Mango White tea and I took 2 sips and said "WOW this is sweet"!!!! I looked it up and it has stevia in it and mango/mangosteen flavoring. It has no calories. Is that ok to have in P2? gosh, life is hard when a tea bag trips you up ha ha.
Here are the ingredients. Leez could you tell me your thoughts? What does everyone else think of this? I only took 2 sips until we figure this out. It was delicious but I am not gaining weight over tea ha ha
"[I]INGREDIENTS: White tea, rosehip, sweet blackberry leaf, natural mango and mangosteen flavor with other natural flavors, mangosteen peel, chamomile, hibiscus, citric acid, steviol glycosides (stevia), natural flavor/I]
Have a wonderful day everyone!
