I finished P2 and started P3 today. Did a 30 day round and lost 19lbs. Feeling good but nervous about P3, hoping I can handle the return of hunger signals without misinterpreting them. It's true what's said about every round being different. Overall I lost the same amount but in different increments with more stalls than last time, followed by big losses. But I stayed accountable and motivated throughout and I finally did it. So 3 weeks to stabilize, and I was thinking about doing weight watchers when I hit P4. I really lose control at P4 because I don't know how to control my portions. I am still overweight and could stand to lose another 15-20lbs. Was thinking of doing it a bit slower, rather than another round of HCG in the future. I don't know though, just trying to take it one day at a time. Grateful for this forum and the advice/support.
