Probably should have just had the 1 large pellet for those 2 doses, but since it was was last dose day I figured it might actually help on my transition days and that theory was proved right for today at least. It was a really good day. No hunger at all. Making mental note of the pellet size thing though for future rounds in case I use them again. It still amazes me that the hhcg works as well as prescription hcg. And that it is as temperamental as far as dosing as prescription hcg. No doubt it’s just as effective (and a whole lot cheaper). It’s just the dosing that can be a pain.

RKthin, thanks. I am ready for P3! I know the first weeks of a round seem sooo looong, but No worries, you will be there before you know it!

JGD, thanks for insight on pellet size. I looked at my hcg stash, and I have an unopened bottle of pellets that I think I might try, and will now look to size of pellets!. So tomorrow is the big day, enjoy and keep us posted on how it goes.

I believe you and Leez were the ones that said it might take me four days to lose the gain weight from cheat meal on Monday? Regardless of who, that was correct, if not more! I dropped .8 this morning so exactly one lb up from Monday morning. Oh well, it is what it is. Hopefully when I get down to Monday morning weigh-in, I will keep losing for next few days. Only have 4 more dose days and the 72 hours of transition till i go to P3. Going out of town April 30. I've gone back and read a lot of old threads on the cheats and interruptions, on timing of rounds. This is a short round for me and I am nervous about stablizing. Leez has said longer rounds are usually better to stablize. I wanted to end this week, but it may be that I just do interruption for trip and then complete another 10 days at least for 35 day round, if not days for 40 day. I don't know. Will wait and see where my head is. Hope everyone has a good morning, have to go take dogs for daycare play dates!

Alright ladies, I am going to take the plunge and start P1 on Saturday, April 24th. I honestly don't know what my "dream" weight is. In highschool I was skinny...5'10" and 120 pounds. As time went on I gained a bit each year....resting at around 150 for a long time. At age 40, I dropped to 139 and was told I looked "Auchswitzian"! Not a good weight for me. After divorce and other losses I crept up to 230 (not a good look). Now, after many rounds of hcg but I've been stabilized at 190 for at least a year and a half (this is my current set point). My plan is to do a 40-day round and see where I wind up. I will be 70 in September and feel really good but I honestly don't know how much I 'should' weigh. Sooooo, that's my stories, mesdames, I will keep you posted. <3

    Dubbles,
I do not like short rounds, I think with the longer rounds, I think during the long rounds the losses taper down and during that time I think the body is already stabilizing even though we are still on HCG.... so come on... join me and do the trip as a PI only!

I am 65 at the moment and only 5'5" so according to my bmi i should be at 59.9 kgs/132lbs and I agree it would be looking "Auchswitzian" for sure!! My personal opinion is that you do not set yourself an end goal at this point... set yourself a goal for this round only... trust the process and see where your body takes you

Over time our bodies get to set points...often weights where we stuck at a point in time....and those hurdles are often hard to overcome, even with the help of HCG... I know some of those hurdles is where I got stuck in my last round (76kg/167.2) but I managed to stabilized beautifully and started only .66 above LIW before loading this past weekend.... Now I know upfront already That I am going to hit a hurdle at 72kgs/158.4..... and probably again at 68/149.6..... and although I am aiming for a 22lbs loss on this round, which will take me to 66kgs/145.2.... I will be happy with 149lbs I think anything less that 145 will let me flap in the wind when a storm brews!

So basically I aim for the high end of the Normal weight range BMI wise

    Good luck with your round!

My personal opinion Hallie, which is not worth much--it is free afterall--is the older we get we can weigh a little more than we think we should and look nice. At 5'10 and 139 lb, I am sure you looked extremely thin. I am 5'5 and I would look thin at 140. I remember weighing 135 when in early 20's. It seems we get caught up in numbers on scale, and they often aren't really where we might look best. Just my thoughts--too thin and as we age we can look gaunt, and it can make us look older than we are. Just my opinion. Welcome , by P1 I assume you are saying you are loading on Saturday and Sunday? If so, enjoy!

Good morning, or good afternoon sweetie--may be afternoon where you are! I do agree with you, and I am really going to try and wrap my head around that! It might end up being about a 10 day interruption, because if they win the game on Sunday May 2, we'll be going back just a few days later for the "Super Bowl" game on May 8th. Rather I'd be going back, DH can't make the 2nd game, so I'd be traveling alone that time. The PI would not need to be a full 2 weeks, so I wouldn't need to reload this time. I know you are right about the stablization, so I need to get my head in the game! Sounds like your round is starting off with a bang--good job. You hear anything from Miss M? I guess she is enjoying p3.

Very good advice, and I am absolutely sure we have those setpoints of weight. They are annoying, tho.

    Good Morning Bunnies!

I just love that name bunnies. Hallie, welcome. This is a great group.

I would like to weigh in that I am a fan of longer rounds and PI. I think after a PI I get drops like week one, and it gives me a chance to practice maintaining--with some fun foods thrown in to have cleaner days and fun days...

In terms of the "should" weights my opinion, (opinion free as Dubbles says) is that it depends not only on age but also bone size. Those weight charts were calculated for medium bone people. I have very small bones, my BF has large bones, and one friend who is mixed race has denser heavier bones. So it is important to look at the weight that is right for you, not the "should" weight.

AFM: my doctor made a simple adjustment on my thyroid dose. I hope that helps with my losses! It's P2 D6 and I am only down 6.5 pounds. No weight loss yesterday but .8 lost today. Interestingly, I found an old XL graph of a previous round 7/2020 where I started at the same weight, and my losses so far have been the same! Maybe I can do better than my previous numbers??? Fingers crossed!

Leez, I accidentally had some tea from a tea bag that had stevia in it! I just used the tea bag and water! IT was Good Earth sweet and spicy Mango White tea and I took 2 sips and said "WOW this is sweet"!!!! I looked it up and it has stevia in it and mango/mangosteen flavoring. It has no calories. Is that ok to have in P2? gosh, life is hard when a tea bag trips you up ha ha.

Here are the ingredients. Leez could you tell me your thoughts? What does everyone else think of this? I only took 2 sips until we figure this out. It was delicious but I am not gaining weight over tea ha ha

"[I]INGREDIENTS: White tea, rosehip, sweet blackberry leaf, natural mango and mangosteen flavor with other natural flavors, mangosteen peel, chamomile, hibiscus, citric acid, steviol glycosides (stevia), natural flavor/I]

    Have a wonderful day everyone!

The tea sounds like a very yummy blend. I love the brightness of hibiscus. It has some diuretic properties too.

Stevia is fine in P2, its one of the recommended sweeteners in the protocol. Any tea is fine in P2, so you are good. Since there is stevia in the ingredients and zero calories, its unlikely that the natural flavors include sugar. Sugar would be an ingredient that would disqualify a certain tea.

People say that the Bengal Spice herbal tea has a natural sweetness to it. So if you are looking for sweetener-free sweet, that might be something to try.

I use stevia in P2, no problem. But then I have never tried P2 without it, so don't know if losses would be greater or not. I use it in green tea that I try to drink oodles of daily!

Rkthin- I use stevia every day while in P2.

Well, another drop this morning from my final transition day, .4 drop. Very happy about that but wish these losses had come earlier since I never seem to keep any transition day losses. As of this morning, I am exactly 1 lb away from where I ultimately hoped to be. Oh well, I’m not sad as I have so much good food to look forward to eating today! TGIF everyone!
