I had a 1.8 gain from yesterday. Because of the transition days losses I’m still within my window. I’m sitting 1 lb over LDW, but I still find myself very frustrated with a 1.8 overnight gain! It just doesn’t seem right! I ate very clean yesterday. I prepare all my food so I know it’s clean. The only 2 things that were new were sesame seeds and cauliflower, both of which I’m normally fine with. I did have 3 #2 movements after weighing, but I don’t think it was 1.8 worth! It’s also possible that I could have some water retention from squatting weights yesterday but I don’t feel super sore. I don’t want to do a steak day right now, and I know technically I’m not there yet, but I’m freaking out just a little bit. I have decided to do a high protein day and hopefully the scale will be kind to me tmw. Again, just feeling super frustrated and needed to vent.
