    Hi Leez,

Thank you for your reply. So yes I started this stall on day eight and it is now day 12. I think the pain has a lot to do with it and the Naprosyn is a factor in making me somewhat constipated despite vitamin C and magnesium. I am not at all hungry. In fact, most meals I can take or leave food. So I think my dose is spot on thanks to you! I use the same dose I’ve been using for a few rounds. My back is beginning to feel so much better that I’m hopeful that tomorrow or soon after will bring a good drop.

Thank you also for your help with the exercise issue. Yes I do think it helps with sleep to exercise, but you’re right about the weight loss.
By the way, The potassium you recommended has really been a game changer for me. Thank you for that advice. I may continue to take one pill even after being on hHCG if I have a day where my energy flags. Thank you again and have a great day.

Rkthin- a lot of people stall in week 2. Just hang in there and know that it’s part of the process. It will start to move down again.

Here I am on Day 6 and only down 2.8 lbs (previous rounds I'd be down by 5 or 6), so I'm not sure what it is. I am constipated....yesterday and today, even with magnesium and Smooth Move last night. Jesus. I hope something shifts soon. Yesterday I was at a neighbors house who'd prepared some delicacies. I didn't have the heart not to eat any of them, so I had one walnut/date ball. I've been creative with my cooking and kind of feel like just keeping it simple: sautéed chicken, steamed spinach....call it a day.

This coming week I start a two-week project where I have to be up at 3:30am...leave for work at 4:30 to arrive by 6. We finish at 4:30 and then the 1-1/2 hour commute home. I've decided to bring both meals with me to the job because I don't want to come home, cook, eat, fall asleep within an hour and a half. NO good that way. So I'll either eat one of the meals at 9am, during coffee break or at 2pm during afternoon break and the other at regular lunch time.

Any feedback is welcome from you lovely ladies!
Happy May, even though we're the April Gang!

    HI Bunnies!

First the good news. My stall has broken and I am losing. SO Grateful to say that. Thank you JGD and Leez for your support.
Hallie, I am not an expert but make sure you are having some water. I have never used smooth move tea but Magnesium Citrate and Vitamin C gets things moving for me. I am sure Leez will "weigh in".

    Have a great weekend!

@Hallieadrienne: Keep increasing the amount of magnesium until you get relief. Speed up the process by adding vitaminC and increasing in 1000mg increments. The constipation could certainly be a reason you are not losing right now. Digestion/elimination has to be freed up for all the weight loss process to work best. Do not take any fiber supplements. They can make things worse.

@rk: so happy to hear the scale is moving for you now.

Thanks, Leez and RK! I will try your suggestion of adding C with magnesium. Wow, never heard that one before. The issue continues....I'm losing but it's slow going this time round. Thanks so much. Gotta get ready to go to work (first time in a year). I made 2 days worth of food yesterday which I will bring with me to work. I'm going to eat lunch at noon with the crew and then eat in my car at 4:30pm when I get out and before I begin my 1 1/2-2 hour commute home. Then to bed at 8!. Crazy schedule but I think it might work!

Don't be afraid to increase magnesium by a lot. If you have a low mg capsule, you may be ramping up too slowly. I generally use 400mg to start, best taken all at night for this purpose. There have been times when I needed to increase to 1600mg or even higher before having to back of a bit. It is safe to do so.

    Hi everyone, Just an update.

I finished P2 and started P3 today. Did a 30 day round and lost 19lbs. Feeling good but nervous about P3, hoping I can handle the return of hunger signals without misinterpreting them. It's true what's said about every round being different. Overall I lost the same amount but in different increments with more stalls than last time, followed by big losses. But I stayed accountable and motivated throughout and I finally did it. So 3 weeks to stabilize, and I was thinking about doing weight watchers when I hit P4. I really lose control at P4 because I don't know how to control my portions. I am still overweight and could stand to lose another 15-20lbs. Was thinking of doing it a bit slower, rather than another round of HCG in the future. I don't know though, just trying to take it one day at a time. Grateful for this forum and the advice/support.

Congrats on a successful round Lizard! You’re in good company here. Many of us are still trying to figure what works for us long term. A few on this forum have figured it out. Something to aspire to. Good luck and enjoy P3!

Well done Lizard! Just remember on P3, no sugars or starches--don't be afraid to eat, and well--just watch labels, no sugars and starches. You should stablize and then on P4 gradually add the sugars or starches. A lot of us feel they should basically be for holidays, special events (sugars anyway), and Weighing on P3 is crucial. You are trying to keep the weight within 2 lbs of your last dose weight, and you won't know if you don't weigh. You got this. I don't seem to have patience for something like weight watchers, hcg works best for me for losing and really resetting my taste buds and cravings. But you could try Weight Watchers--lots of people do well with that protocol. Good luck and congratulations on such a successful round!

Hi all. I'm still having constipation issues and have never lost as such a slow rate before. It's really weird. Maybe my age, I don't know, but I'm going to keep going and up my magnesium some more. I'm on D14 and only down 6.2 lbs, probably 7.5 lbs at least if I could only release. Ah well. What I do like about hcg is the lack of choices of things to eat. When I am hyper busy that makes my life easier. Best to you all. xo Hallie

Hallie, don't be afraid to up your magnesium a lot. You might need 1600mg or more to reach bowel tolerance. You can speed things up by adding 1000mg vitamin C and then increasing that each day as well.

Once things start moving, you can either stay there for the remainder of the round or back off a bit if elimination is too loose.
