T1ghtwad, I hope your husband's recovery goes well, and that you find a way of eating that works for you. Good luck with your round -

Sorry donít have focus to comment on all posts. I am technically in P4 as of last Sunday but will prob stick mostly to P3 with occasional starch. This morning 148.6 so below LIW. That is good news since my schedule in okc has been very tiring and excitement of high winds snd tornado sirens in outdoor event more excitement than I need. The sales for this event were way below my normal but my husband did pretty. CLose to last years event.
This week we will move to different hotel closer to next event. Was grateful to be under liw since I did eat sweet potato on Sunday and lays potato chips yesterday. We had a great hotel with kitchen so I was able to pack healthy meals up till Sunday. Certain veggies donít last too long. Our event was till 9 pm every night so exhaustion a factor. Slept a lot yesterday
For those doing the HCG please be patient. If you have excessive hunger listen to Leez advice. If your dose is off it will be a struggle. When you hit the right dose your normal hunger will be around meal time. Much success to you all!!! This is first time back on forum since I started traveling again a week ago Saturday. Will keep popping in from time to time for accountability. Not starting second round till after memorial weekend. I need to figure mixing advice re equalizing air. I had trouble last time snd difficulty to remove product due to high suction in mixing syringe.

    HI Everyone!

Just wanted to say hi and wish everyone a great weekend of strength! I am finally back stateside and could not be happier. My PI turned into a very long PI as I was out of the country far longer than initially planned. So I may try for losing the final 5 pounds or "what I can" for this week and then go to P3 or alternatively just transition to P3 now and do another round later, depending on this week. Honestly I have a bit more to lose than 5 pounds--so another round will probably happen in the end of the summer/early fall when it is blazing hot here in Southern California. P3 is easier when traveling...

I have been trying to acquire some healthier habits especially when traveling and really thinking about my daily choices no matter where I am. Learning the maintenance long term strategies is what I need to do better. Hope everyone is well and I will be reading back and forward.

    Fondly,
    RK

    Hi Rk,

Welcome back. I am two weeks into P2, as I type this from beautiful Miami Beach. Fortunately, this is not a city of tempting fatty foods like Savannah, New Orleans, or everywhere in Texas - which I'm sure would be great loading locations. But it's easy to stay on track in Miami. I'm actually going to the famous Joe's Stone Crab for lunch. As expensive as those Stone Crab Claws are (about 3 medium can be $50 depending on Market Price) I definitely won't over eat. I've done it in a previous round, and did very well the next day.

Did you gain or maintain during the PI?
