My PI turned into a very long PI as I was out of the country far longer than initially planned. So I may try for losing the final 5 pounds or "what I can" for this week and then go to P3 or alternatively just transition to P3 now and do another round later, depending on this week. Honestly I have a bit more to lose than 5 pounds--so another round will probably happen in the end of the summer/early fall when it is blazing hot here in Southern California. P3 is easier when traveling...
I have been trying to acquire some healthier habits especially when traveling and really thinking about my daily choices no matter where I am. Learning the maintenance long term strategies is what I need to do better. Hope everyone is well and I will be reading back and forward.
