So, back to same weight as Friday. Cruel April Fools joke. Trying to stay positive and reminding myself its all part of the process.
Have a great week all!
Day 3 149.4. Up a lb but under liw. Weighed at 5 am vs 7 am and sometimes time of day matters. Even two hrs. So may or may not be up

It can get pretty weary when the scale is not moving, yet you are doing everything right. For women, a 10 day stall is not unusual, unfortunately.
Hopefully, you can comfort yourself with Christy's graphic.Hope your whoosh comes sooner rather than later. My longest stall was 12 days. That was not fun.

Thanks Leez!!! I am hoping it is not a 12 days stall!!! Over the weekend, actually went up 0.3, so I'm glad it went back down today. At least we're heading in the right direction again!

I had a 3-lb gain yesterday but today it's gone. The week before my period this kind of crazy fluctuation isn't uncommon. Still not fun, though. I did one round without weighing myself daily and that was a bit of a relief. But I'm trying to inure myself to these unpleasant fluctuations in preparation for continuing the daily weighing practice forever after, so I'll keep on keeping on. And do a big happy dance when my period arrives.![]()
Hormone fluctuations can be such a challenge. Wish there was an app for that. ^_^ But keepin on is about all you can do.

Watching fluctuations is hard for me too, I am making myself weigh every day this round for the very reason you stated. My cycle is this week and I am more hungry the week before and I did struggle... Keep up the good work!
I'm wondering (can you tell, I'm bored) does a fat cell full of fat weigh more or less than a fat cell full of water....
ETA: I'm guessing that water weighs more since fat floats on water...

Fat might float on water, but I suspect the difference in weight would be so miniscule as to be undetectable.
What I find interesting is that nearly 10% of your fat cells die and are replaced each year, and a fat cell lives about 8 years. But if they stay empty long enough, at some point they do not get replaced. So it is thought possible, aithough a long term project, to eventually decrease your fat cell population by keeping them empty long enough.

Extra motivation to keep the weight off for at least 8 years!!
I have not heard the 8 year thing but a pleasant thought. I have never regained all that I lost in 2011 but I lowered my goal weight at a few points and it was the lower goal weight that eludes me each year. But no I am not willing to accept the 2011 goal weight so on with my yearly round for creeping lbs
Today is day 4 of P3. P3 is so satisfying I wonder why I don’t stay here. Not sure of caloric intake yet. Today back down below LiW by .8 148.6 I am somewhat keeping similar meals but adding a little oil or butter and adding breakfast. Breakfast last few days is bacon and cherry tomatoes. Same fruit as berries are in season. Plus cabbage is satisfying. And I had prepared chicken breast tenders last week so just using them up but added a pat of butter for reheating. Made a cpl of my version of cocoa crack. Sugar free peanut butter cocoa and truvia and a little water and made cocoa balls for freezer. Ate a cpl of those for snack. Sugar free or not I prob won’t make them as they are addictive to the palette. My dinner is shrimp and raw veggies early and not later than 6 pm. I want to keep habit of finishing early and no night snacking
