Day 15 P3. Last post for a little while. Packed my scale as I don’t want to wait 3 weeks before I get back. Leaving this morning. Lots of healthy protein snacks packed.

LinderLou, I have had rounds like that - very frustrating! Especially when you don't know why the losses are so low. Here's hoping we both have great rounds in June!

Rose and LinderLou, thank you both for your kind words! I truly appreciate it! I'm down .9 today but still have .9 to lose from that 1.8 nightmare gain. Rose, I usually don't eat out when on P2 either but we were out all day shopping and hadn't eaten anything so the restaurant was right there and I figured steamed shrimp & broccoli wouldn't be bad....that's correct but WITHOUT the brown sauce..LOL! I have moved on and decided to prolong the round a bit till I lose the other .9 then start in P3. I have to get rid of that or I won't be happy. But I'm going to stay positive and move on from my bad decision and keep on my journey. I tell myself I will get there no matter how long it takes.
I’m stuck at 216 since that 2oz lasagna cheat last Wednesday. Cheating is so not worth it, it takes day to recover maybe a week. It prompts a stall I swear. Telling myself to “just keep swimming”

Debe - hang in there! It will come back off.
Teetee - glad you're over it and just keep going. We all have little stumbles now and then...
GZ - Yes, hoping for a much more productive round in June. I think I may need to do a little tweaking with dosage on my next round. Ended this one, the last 4 or 5 days being hungry around 2pm. Think I will drop it down a pellet or two next time and see if it is better.
AFM: P3D1 - Same weight as yesterday. Started with hwc in my coffee - YUM! Will have a hamburger patty with CHEESE for lunch and see what else I want to go along with it. Strawberries with cottage cheese are also awaiting me in the fridge. Avocados aren't ripe yet, so those will have to wait a day or two. Maybe I will work up the energy to make some artichoke dip later today or tomorrow.
Happy Easter and Passover everyone!

Happy Saturday everyone. I'm reading about your experiences with setbacks etc. I'm on vcld 6 and have taken my drops down to 10 from 13. Feeling a bit better. Soooooo we have Easter Dinner at a steak house tonight. I'm honestly going to do my best. I would bail on it but havent seen my son in 6 months and he's leaving in the morning and that's what the family wants to do. I looked at the menu and can have salad and shrimp. I will do my best but likely will be a bit of a setback. I see that others are getting through it and it doesn't feel worth it but we are all doing the best we ca. Thanks to all of you for posting
Katie - do the best you can. Eating your fruit before you go could help you to not be too tempted to go off program. Looking at the menu ahead of time is a BIG plus. You might even want to call ahead and make sure the shrimp isn't cooked in butter or oil so you can be prepared to order it cooked boiled or steamed. Good luck and so happy that you will get to see your son!

Linderlou thank you. I will take your suggestion and do that. Appreciate the support![]()
Hi folks - I just thought of something else. This morning I noticed that I was walking on the hems of my pant legs. These are my "larger" size jeans, but I've just been wearing them lately rather than trying to squeeze into the next smaller size and be uncomfortable all day. Anyway, noticed that they seemed too long, and sure enough they are really baggy in the butt and thighs! SO Maybe this was more of a re-shaping round than a weight loss round! I'll take it!
GZ - maybe that's what happened with your round too?

LinderLou, wow! That's great! Being able to wear smaller sizes is so motivating. Sadly, I don't see any signs of reshaping, though I haven't regained the measly 2.5.lb I lost. But I'm hopeful for a better result in June.
I went ahead and loaded Saturday and Sunday after all on the foods I named last week, but just didn't get in all the nuts or cheese I'd planned, but feeling more than full as I write this. I usually spend P2D1 drinking lots of water and tea, but have no appetite, so i just eat my protein at dinner time and go to bed as early as possible.

Went from Size 14/16 at my heaviest weight to Size 4/6 NOW !!!
After my disaster P3 I am starting another round. It was frustrating to not be hungry on loading days, especially after the weird constant hunger I had in P3. I’m giving the Intermountain hhcg pellets another go for this round and hope my dose is the same as the last round so I don’t have hunger and don’t have to monkey around with figuring it out. It will be interesting to see whether I can just pick up where I left off dose-wise, or will have to adjust down as I did with rx hcg injections. Today is VLCD 1.
Hope everyone is at a good place in whatever phase they are at in their journey - here’s to a successful day!
