April 2024 Loaders - Happy Warriors

Welcome April Loaders, this thread is for you!

Are you starting a round or getting ready to? Use this thread in whatever way will help support your decision. Plan your round, get and give support, ask questions, voice concerns or just post for personal accountability.

I will be monitoring to field questions and give input based on the original protocol, but all forms of HCG are welcome and not discouraged. The purpose is to be a safe place to share and get support. Trying to lose weight is mentally tough, and we all understand that.

The name of this group, Happy Warriors, is to encourage you to enjoy the "battle" which is really just a chosen journey toward your goals.

Anyone can contribute to this thread, in fact, we welcome the wisdom of veterans especially. We can all learn from each other.

All the best as you embark on your round!
At goal since 2015. \(ᵔᴥᵔ)/ Total HCG loss: 77# [5'5" 210-133] Maintenance strategies suggestions

I hope you can stay encouraged, rose. Sometimes it feels like you are never going to get there, and then you realize the time is going to pass anyway, so why not.

I'm thinking about maybe doing a follow up to my January round. Haven't decided for sure yet. I don't look the same at this weight that I used to 5 years ago. Ah, the joys of aging. *chagrin smilie here*

btw did get back one of the two lbs i lost but did it honestly. meaning i didn’t stay on protocol yesterday.
i smiled at your last comment. Sunday i turn 81 and body shape is different than 13 years ago when i started hcg. i remember after losing 50 lbs doing two consecutive rounds i was thrilled. now when i get up to that same weight (156) i feel bloated. at least now i no longer lose hair when i do a round. While i feel quite fit at 136-138 i am happy if i can make it to 140. i’ve gotten close but it’s been awhile. i’ve kept all my weight journals for 13 years and best was 2016-2017. i believe i stayed under 140 for almost two years (18 mos) without a round

Happy belated Birthday Rose. I hope you had a great day

I remember when you did that round and were under 140. I think you are doing great and I thank you for sharing.

I am still deciding on another round, or do a couple cleanses first and see how that goes. They are just six days each. Will keep you all posted.

thx for Bday wishes JayK. Always blessed to be above ground. Started p3 yesterday and certainly ate well. 1259 cal which is quite high on my first day p3 so will skip weigh in today. don’t want to feel discouraged. my age is telling. i started boiling water yesterday to prepare large pot of oatmeal for my MIL and apparently forgot what i was doing. it was about 9 pm and i apparently fell asleep. awoke 2 am and remembered it. needless to say my husband must have caught the dry pot after water boiled out and burnt pan. tried to reuse stainless steel pot again and it started cracking so using new pot. finished oatmeal after 2 am. the moral of the story…. Watch the pot Old Age is a factor in memory loss.

    Your welcome Rose

Glad your husband caught it lol. I know I always worry about forgetting something on the stove so I stick around when cooking lol.

But one weekend I started the truck out back to keep the battery charged as I don't drive it enough, and left it for a few hours lol. I came outside and was like oh my , the truck is still running. haha.

I"M SO EXCITED TO FIND THIS AGAIN!! I'm starting on 4/15. I haven't done a round in probably a decade. I'm sorry to hear we can't get it anymore in the States. I do have injectables. I was on this site all the time before. it's wonderful to have a community. I see a lot of things have changed but the protocol remains the same. :-) I'm looking forward to this round.

happy to have you back. my first round was 2011 but i have done many to maintain i’m currently in P3 day 12 146.8 so within 6-7 lbs of ideal goal for me. perhaps will take a short round this summer to get it all gone.

    Hi there, Imzacksmom!

Glad you have a positive approach to your round. I'm excited for you.

I will be joining you soon, likely some day this week. Some stress right now that is delaying my start.
