Starting P2 this AM. Loaded over the weekend. Ready to do this and get things back on track.

I'm LOADING!!! I've been away from HCG for over a year. Today is my first day of injections. Looking forward to shedding the excess weight.

Portillos Beef/combo Fries
Chocolate Shake

2 grass fed burgers with blue cheese/bacon
sweet potato fries (homemade)

I'm starting P2 tomorrow and feeling a little nervous. I feel like I am ready for this, and preparing Fish and Chicken tonight for the week. I'm trying to find meal plans that are simple and realistic for me (I've got two small children who are picky eaters!

Today is day one of loading for me!
It has been a while since I did my first round and I am hazy on the details. I have checked out the main pages but couldn't find PRECISE details. Do we take the drops while loading? Also, if anyone has a page or PDF of exact instructions to share that would be so helpful!
